There was cut grass all over the floor of the trailer I rented. Not a big deal but pretty unprofessional to not have even touched it between rentals. When I turned in the trailer the guy that checked me in clearly did not do anything in the computer. So as I suspected I got a call the next day asking when I was going to turn it in. It took FORTY MINUTES for this site to process a simple trailer rental reserved and paid in advance online. The store worker had to call someone on the phone to take her thru step by step. Horrible. The gentleman who helped with hooking up the trailer knew what he was doing as it only took 5 minutes.Brandt P.

When I picked up the truck, I asked if it had been rented recently and was told it just came in. I asked if the cab had been sanitized and the staff member cleaned it for me before I left the lot which I appreciated. Later I found a used surgical mask left in the cab. Vigilant cleaning in the days of COVID feels especially important. The staff at Middleton Ace are always helpful.RUTH S.

Picked up truck here. Check engine light was on. They should have removed the dog hair from around passenger seat floor area. Picked up tow dolly at "The Pit Stop" outside of Lisbon. Left tire strap was frayed in a couple of areas. Fortunately, the frays were rolled in the ratchet pin.Russell W.

It was a little disappointing when I came to pick up the truck that they didn't think to have it warmed up or the ice cleaned off of the windshield. It was a chilly 20Â° morning. Although he did do it for me while I stood waiting to leave. Otherwise it was just fine.patti jo S.

Rude employees not one person waited on me just left the key on the desk walked outDave W.
Was told that a one way trip would cost more then dropping it off at the location i had chose which was near our new location. The rep again insisted it would be less expensive when I explained to the rep we were moving from pa to outside the pa line. My bill ended up to be 246 and some change as we were charges a 75 mile overage at the 99 cents per mile. And even though I got 40 dollars in gas we were still charged 14.50. This ended up to be 286.00 uhaul rental for 24 hours. Well actually 10.5 hours of use... I trusted the rep to provide us with the most accurate cose effective information. He did not. I will not be using uhaul again for any moving in the future.Jenifer K.

I could not return this to a closer location without a extra fee. The also never explained that there would be a hold on my account for $100 and now the money I had to live on as far as gas and food is on hold for 3-5 days even tho I have returned the truck. I was not informed that this would be done no where in the process. If so I would have made other arrangements. I very dissatisfied with the overall experience.Jennifer A.

Make sure you're third party dealers understand to ask a drop off location as my paper work did not and caused a bit of a headache despite telling them I was moving to Arkansas they had me bringing back a 5x8 to the state I was moving out of. It should be mandatory on the early check in to fill in a destination so you can determine where the drop off of the equipment will be. Just a suggestion.Mike R.
