Maybe provide seating in waiting room
Janeen JWhen I picked up my rental on Sunday, 7/26, the U-haul reservation system was not working properly and caused at least an hour delay waiting to get the reservation confirmed. A significant inconvenience. Hopefully a credit can be issued to my reservation charge.

Anthony WI was escorted to park the trailer in the drop-off location and that was great. Personnel said I will receive an email once they check the trailer return into system. I dropped off the trailer 2 days earlier than the allowed 4 days. 2 days of waiting for email and 4 follow up calls caused me to escalate to UHaul. When the trailer was finally checked in, UHaul charged me an extra day. Called Uhaul again and they issued a credit. Summary: Arrived safely with household items and could not have accomplished without UHaul Trailer.

Deborah MMy personal vehicle was towed as my husband was standing outside while I was inside getting the U-Haul truck. The tow truck driver was rude and would not allow my husband to move our personal truck instead he proceeded to tow our vehicle away. We needed to have our personal vehicle out of the way to maneuver the U-Haul out of the spot. This would hinder me from renting from this location in the future. The unfortunate part is we have rented from here numerous times with no issues.

PAUL CUHaul poorly handled my reservations. First it was scheduled for pick up at one location only to receive an email to go to another location much further out in. state that i was not familiar- upon calling and inquiring I was then reserved a truck in Bluffton, SC see reservation only to arrive and learn that there was not a truck available. I had to them accept a smaller truck. What reason do you make reservations if the product is not available.? Secondly, you arbitrarily select a location and send a text with information as opposed to conducting those arrangements in advance.

minerva aWhen I book the trailer, it had me dropping it off in Chantilly and then when I arrived in Virginia and was ready to return it, it changed the location to Herndon. Herndon was actually better for me, so no complaint there, but it is odd that they swap locations in the middle of the move. It could just easily been a harder place for me to get to.

tricia sI had a morning pick up. There was not a "dolly" that I had asked for. I spoke to a representative who said they didn't have one. I went to another nearby location and they did not have one either. This was a major inconvenience. Also, the location of my pick up was changed at the last minute. And I was also asked to return the vehicle to a location other than the one I agreed to. I returned it to the location specified in my original contract.

Mark PYour asking the wrong questions The problem is not the locations The problem is the main office doesn’t know where the trucks are. I called 3 times before my scheduled pickup and each time I was assured a truck would be available. When I got there to pick up the truck it was not there and there was no truck anywhere in the area. I will never use U-Haul again!
Douglas MSpoke with a remote person via the home screen they have setup in the office, but both truck drops went as easy as possible. Plenty of space the way they have it setup in the middle of the storage units.

Jonathan VWould have liked to have been told to take pictures of the truck before leaving the lot. While I received a text to do so, it was after I had put away my phone to start driving. Enjoyed the truck - it got better gas mileage than expected and had decent acceleration. Only complaint was the A/C occasionally did not kick in for several minutes when the truck was restarted after a short break. It may have needed more coolant.
Scott SThe truck needs to be retired from the fleet. Broken window handle to roll up or down; AC is broke, Brakes are some what bad.

Minh NI visited in person because I wanted to know everything I needed in order to hook up my trailer. When I went to pick up the trailer a few weeks later, I was missing the light connector. It caused me an enormous amount of work, driving, stress. I was not happy.
