Was charged for mileage i didn’t use and they wasn’t able to pull up acct, and on top of that the pick up was awful no workers on site had to use online service in store, I’ll never ever use uhaul again, moving forward to Penske I new better !!

Nelson WWas greeted by a woman on a TV monitor. Could barely understand her with the voice not being clear in addition to her having a heavy Spanish accent. I communicated to her and made sure that I was dropping this trailer in Orlando/Oviedo area and not returning to her location. A gentleman came in just at the end of my interaction with TV woman and I also told him I was not bringing the trailer back to the Jacksonville location. He hooked up my trailer and I drove away. Luckily no issues until my brother-in-law stepped into the trailer to help me load and the trailer hitch came completely off my hitch. I return my trailer to Oviedo and am told shortly thereafter that this was not signed up as a one way but a return to Jacksonville and now I am being charged an extra $51. I called U-Haul and spoke to one person in Alabama who transferred me to the Jacksonville representative. I was told a manager would call me to discuss within the next 72 hours. That is where we are at the moment. The trailer worked great as I was able to figure out what the gentleman in Jacksonville did wrong, I have been a lifelong customer of U-haul and enjoy their services. I hope this issue can be resolved.

REGINALD DYou did not have the truck I reserved. I went from 26' to 10'! I was not able to complete my move in the time I had allotted. Now I'm faced with extra expenses to complete the move this week. What ya gonna do about that?
MATTHEW CMy U-Haul experience was convenient, easy and it saved me a ton of money.
Milton OThe CSR was very friendly, helpful and efficient. The trailer has a slight shake/shimmy that needs looking into. I am not talking about sway - the trailer was properly loaded and did not sway. There is a subtle vibration that is transmitted to the vehicle. Midgard is not responsible for the problem, and there is no way they could have known about it unless someone reported it. The trailer had an Ohio plate, so it's been around.

martina aGOING INTO THE STORE THERE WAS NOBODY THERE. I CAME TO FIND OUT THAT I CAN TALK TO A GIRL ON A SCREEN. IS SHE REAL OR IS SHE AI GENERATED. IT GIVES A UNFRIENDLY FEELING. VERY COLD. THIS IS WHO I TALKED TO TOO ORDER MY TRUCK FOR THE DAY. THE TRUCK WAS FINE BUT NOT HAPPY WITH TALKING TO SOMEONE ON A COMPUTER SCREEN.

ENESIO DIts pretty sophisticated when trying to rent using kiosk self check and the customer service popping on the screen if needed. It was pretty easy but the only thing was when they need you Credit card info where you either had to flash it on the camera and them repeating some information. There were other people in the room when trying to confirm the info. So maybe a better way to prevent this from happening

MICHAEL SThere was no property manager to be found. It took a hour just to pick up a truck. The Uhaul system was down. Had to cancel original reservation and do another one on site. Virtual assistant was no help. Order did not contain the 4 letter code to open key box. Had to call Uhaul. Locks are old and rusted so took awhile to open. Storage location kept saying there was noting they could do because they were not Uhaul. There should always be a live person available to assist. It should not take an hour to pick up a truck.
Synthia DThis location is excellent. Your app sends me to other locations, like gas stations. This is the closest place to my home and it is nice. The other places are not so nice and I will never do business there. Jacksonville has some not so nice areas. Please let us choose our location and don’t change it. Again the team a Midgard was 100% professional. Thanks.

In addition, Devin, the person in charge of the store was very helpful and made our experienced enjoyable. Kenneth PAfter I received the final receipt for my transaction, there was an attempt made on my debit card by U-Haul on 11/04/25 for $161 and change. Thankfully, I had my card disabled at the time and the transactions did not go through. I have to go through the inconvenience of canceling my card and ordering a new one so another attempt will not be successful. Needless to say I was a loyal U-Haul Customer for all of my needs, but I will not be using your services again. I do not appreciate the fraudulent attempt on my debit card and I will inform everyone I know about your practices.

ADON BThe equipment was extremely dangerous. What I mean by that was the truck was bouncing really bad while going at regular highway speed. Due to the extreme bouncing the vehicle was hard to maintain control. There were three incidents that the vehicle almost lost control because of the maintenance issue. I called several times tried to get help about the vehicle and got absolutely no response back about the issue all they want to do is receive a call back from U-Haul which has not happened.

Donna LNo personnel on property, to asst with check out, truck had sand in floorboards, 1/8 tank on gas required me to. stop foe gas on leaving and returning it with 1/4 tank, then no one to check in, their virtual manger say will get receipt tomorrow after a property manager is there to ck truck.
William ONo one works there! Had to go through entire process (1 1/2 hr) with a computer screen. Did not have my reserved equipment when i got there so i had to take a truck instead of a trailer!!
WALTER SVirtual check-in is complicated and time-consuming. It's not convenient for renters.

JOHN MThe “virtual” assistant registration/pock-up was more efficient than the in person experience from a week ago on that I was greeted immediately. Apparently however, device compatibility when uploading my drivers license is dependent upon software version, access to Chrome and or Safari.
Kenneth WIt would be better if the lock for the truck were easier to lock.
OSVALDO AI chose in person for a reason. My phone has limited space so to download any apps is an issue. So the process took longer than I liked.
Alesia BLock was extremely hard to get off. Guy came out to help and was very rude. I thanked him and asked how he got the lock off. He said only you guys had a problem with it and walked off.

Roger APoor customer service at the Atlantic Beach location. The original place I reserved the truck. The day of pickup I was informed that I would have to pick the truck up at the Merrill Rd location. Quite distant from my home. I could have rented a truck within a few minutes from my home by thought U-Haul would be a better experience. I could have rented it from Home Depot down the street instead of the U-Haul store. What a run around.
HERIBERTO VRented dolly and pads and we’re not in the truck when picked up but was charged for the usage. Also the truck engine light was on as soon as I got in the truck. Location was easy to find and get to but that was the only decent thing.

He then told me he eas not told i was waiti g at the office. The virtual attendant doidmt tell me anything snout the conttract.
