Donaubrey StokerI had to wait well over an hour to get my truck because there was something wrong with the system. No compensation for my time or much care for the fact I had to stand there for an hour and 30 mins. Truck was dirty and the person behind the desk said she knew it was and that uhaul doesn't give them anything to clean it so it has to just stay that way. Really? Just an all around bad experience.
Josh ClemAlthough they have only one pickup truck . I had a very good experience as a customer. I called first and asked what I needed to have to qualify for renting the vehicle. I went in and I was helped by a young lady behind the counter I spent less than 10 minutes in there and then I was on my way. When I returned the truck I brought it back fueled up and ready for the next person to rent. I gave the keys to the young lady behind the counter and she said I didn't have to wait if I didn't want to that she would take care of everything and send me an email. And she did exactly that everything went well thank you so much I will bring from them again

IURIE CERNACOVSCHIWhen I went to pickup 20 foot truck, they gave me the keys, it was pouring rain, and on the first attempt to use windshield wipers, I noticed driver side wiper was totally missing. I let the agent know, and she took one from another truck(too small)but was better than nothing, but still hard to see. The truck had a belt that needed replaced and it squeeled and slipped a lot. This is the worst experience and the poorest maintained equipment I’ve ever rented from uhaul. Not happy, I will consider other options next time.

KIANEE LEEIf not using on line booking, pick up and return, have someone remind driver to take pictures of odometer in and out. I didn’t know to do this the first time I rented and there was a discrepancy. The second time, I did it all through the app & I was prompted to do it & it made things much easier! Otherwise, everything was great, especially at this location. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Ruth WanjiruI payed for two furniture dolly’s and the location only had one available, I marked this when I received the vehicle. Once we returned everything, I marked I only received one and did not want to pay for a dolly I never used. I was then told in the app I would be contacted by U-Haul to dispute the charge. Never received a call and was charged for the use of two dollys when I only was given one and was only able to use one.

Fredrick ReganI couldn't have made this easier if I had tried. I rented the truck over the phone rather than booking it online. When I arrived to pick up the truck, it was ready to go. The entire process from booking to getting the keys took less than 10 minutes. Amanda was super helpful and friendly. Very efficient. She is a great example of how to provide superb customer service. I would highly recommend Midland over other U-Haul locations I have used.

Shannae PetersPulled off of the lot with rental truck and noticed it had only 3/4 of a tank of gas and my paperwork said it was full. I was in such a hurry to get moved i didn’t have time to worry about it. I returned it full because I didn’t want them to charge me extra. I put in 35 dollars in gas to drive 21.6 miles.

Greg OverstreetManager said I couldn’t drop off the truck at this location even though I had a reservation. She argued with me and said she needed to call corporate after I showed her I indeed had a 24/7 online reservation. Her attitude was so opposite and offensive compared to the SeaTac location.
Ashley BorekThe truck broke done. ( I had to go buy a set of battery jumper cables to get it started. Called uhaul and got nowhere. I want my money back plus the cost of the jumper cables $22. You delayed me and other customers waiting on the truck. I will never rent from you again based on my recent experience. Not that any of you actually care and will do something about it.
