I had to wait well over an hour to get my truck because there was something wrong with the system. No compensation for my time or much care for the fact I had to stand there for an hour and 30 mins. Truck was dirty and the person behind the desk said she knew it was and that uhaul doesn't give them anything to clean it so it has to just stay that way. Really? Just an all around bad experience.
Josh C.Although they have only one pickup truck . I had a very good experience as a customer. I called first and asked what I needed to have to qualify for renting the vehicle. I went in and I was helped by a young lady behind the counter I spent less than 10 minutes in there and then I was on my way. When I returned the truck I brought it back fueled up and ready for the next person to rent. I gave the keys to the young lady behind the counter and she said I didn't have to wait if I didn't want to that she would take care of everything and send me an email. And she did exactly that everything went well thank you so much I will bring from them again
