I don't like using apps for everything, I want to see the rental item before I rent it, I also want to talk to a real person so they can answer questions.
curtis chapinIt was difficult to find, and they tried to charge me for an extra day because THEY were closed. I dropped it off early, leave me alone!! So expensive and ridiculous.

philip hicksmy 2nd rental I tried getting a bigger Uhaul due to the amount of stuff I had to move. They indeed, both times I rented a Uhaul, had the larger trucks on sight. But denied renting it. Said the larger truck was rented. All weekend I witnessed the truck stay in there parking lot. In the end I ended up having to make 2 trips. Which is how the place makes their money. Off the mileage. My first rental I found evidence of drugs in the unit. I contacted cooperate and turned proof over and my money was refunded. I feel the 2nd rental, refusing to allow me to rent a larger unit was them making their money back on what was refunded previously. $260 for 2 nights and no more then 28 miles was put on the rental. Kind of outrageous pricing.

Thomas GarrisonBecause of a previous incident at a Wilkes-Barre uhaul.I was very hesitant to give uhaul another chance.but this team was flippen awesome.they actually made me feel safe and trust using them and would deff go here for any pertinent issues where I was made to feel like a valued customer.seems to me uhaul would want the dealers to learn from the best like here or the Mundy uhaul.why you let the Wilkes-Barre destroy the image ill never understand..keep up the awesome work Midnite Towing and esp the awesome lady that made sure we felt welcome

Ellen CobbBefore renting the lady didn’t inform us about the online drop off requirements and what they detailed, that there were pictures needed before leaving the truck behind so I had to back track and drive back to the drop off location to finish the requirements. It would have been nice to know what was needed before leaving so I wouldn’t have had to back track.
Matthew EgglerDon't charge extra when you give a place that's closed, and we have to drive around to find a better pick up, only to be told to go back too the closed location. Also clean the insides of your uhaul. And the battery also died to I had to fix that. This was a 2 hour trip and it ended up costing me more money vs getting a trailer and driving back and forth 3 times.

Furthermore, when I asked to have it removed during drop off, no one seemed to know how to remove it. So, that’s 28 dollars for a measly 10 miles. I had asked about it, but no one helped me and no one removed it.

She started my process after that call, then took another call and left me standing there again. Meanwhile I was paying someone by the hour to help me.

Francisco GuerreroI was originally scheduled to pick up in Bloomsburg, but was called the day before and told I needed to go to Berwick. That made the move longer with farther to go for the truck. I think Uhaul should have honored the original agreement for pick up in Bloomsburg. I scheduled well in advance so that I wouldn't have these issues.

Steven BurtMy reservation was never emailed to me. I was overcharged by $100’s. The online check-in crashed several times, making both check-in and return an extremely painful and long experience. I wiped down the cab of the truck-filthy!

JERY WITNERI don’t believe there is anything you can do to improve the customer experience at this location. The team was pleasant and helpful when I went in to reserve the truck. Upon pick up they answered all of the questions that I had. When I went back to try to figure out the help to pack some items, their recommendations were both valuable and appreciated. I would recommend this location for anyone in need of securing your services.
Dawn LeckliknerOver a month and a half ago I made a reservation to pick up a DIFFERENT size truck at a DIFFERENT location. Last minute I was told I needed to drive farther out of my way to get a bigger truck that I did not need, spend more on gas money, and need more equipment to tie down my stuff so that it did not move around in all the extra space that I DID NOT request. I called to confirm this new location and NEVER got to speak to a person. The phone was never answered and I received an automatized message to contact Verizon wireless. I called back to my original location (Bloomsburg, PA) and the person who answered the phone was rude, uncaring, and down right mean creating extra stress at an already stressful time. I have moved 5 times in the last 7 years and have never had such a horrible experience. I will NEVER use Uhaul again for my future moves.

Autumn WhitmireThis location is very hard to get into at times. It is on a busy street, and the parking lot is rather small. If you have a trailer it is very hard to pull in and turn the trailer around to back it in, especially when the lot is full.
