It was not clear that this was just a gas station at all from the uhaul website. I also had so many issues because I have an android phone and yalls link that asks for a photo will not work on androids. That should really be fixed as a lot of people have androids. I had to speak with 4 or 5 customer service people/truck share people who were all great and helpful but it was a headache and we started an hour late because of it and had to extend our time costing us $60 more. I'm not happy about the experience and I think yall can do better.

When we got there on time to get the car. The reservation could not be found and was not ready. It took an extra hour for them to finally complete my reservation.

This location was in a gas station. The guy did not know the process and had to call the office for help multiple times. I chose to include a dolly with my order but because it was somehow not attached in the system I had to let it go for the sake of moving the order along. This is a somewhat shady store and while all this was being worked out he had to stop and check out other customers. It was not at all a smooth process and I do not recommend this location unless you're desperate.

This location is in a dangerous area. The gas station is nasty and they do not have the equipment that is guaranteed. They force you to the side and will not address you regarding your rental when they want to check out their customers buying products from their store. U-Haul should be ashamed for having this place represent them as a pick up and drop off location.

I reserved the rental Van through the mobile app for five hours. I was later called the day of the rental and told I wouldn't be using the mobile app but would instead be interacting with a person in-person. When I showed up to rent the vehicle for five hours, I was told by the in-person individual that they would be closed and he shook his head. I told him I reserved it for five hours so whatever needed to be done. He informed me of a dropbox so that at least helped that issue. The van itself was filthy inside with garbage everywhere … used drink bottles and bottle caps and chip bags and child toys. I also tried to upload photos of the garbage and torn van bed lining, but was limited to just one photo. I managed to return the van before the five hour period was finished and interacted with the in-person individual again who said he would take care of the rest of the return, and he apparently did so. I also cleaned out the van myself of the previous garbage. Overall it was stressful to have my rental time jeopardized and also not know if I would be penalized for previous garbage left everywhere since I was unable to upload sufficient photos to prove it. Overall I doubt I will try to rent with Uhaul again like that.

The man gave me an in town truck when I asked for otherwise then I had to drive it all the way back and pay double the amount I had anticipated. The truck stunk and was full of wrappers of trash. Worst experience I have ever had with uhaul

This location was absolutely horrible and unprofessional. Uhaul should not want this location representing the Uhaul brand. This is a convenient store they pushed me aside to help customers checking out, the had loud rap music playing in the store line it was a club, and was yelling at me to complete my rental because the music was so loud. I had to ask him to lower the music while conducting business. He charged me for ins, and I told him not too, and I need to make sure I was refunded. I will never go to that location again, and everyone I know for will tell not to use that location. Absolutely horrible

When I got there, they told me that my truck wasn't there, and I would need to go to another location. However, there was a bigger truck at their location, so they let me take that one. The truck had coke or soda stains all over the console. Obviously, it had not been cleaned.

I rented a dolly thing but was not on the truck and called and reported it but not sure that it was taken off my charges. They did not give me any paperwork or a receipt.

I didnt rent a u-haul from you and you sent me 2 texts saying i did and i keep checking my card to see if it got hit and all the links you sent me with the texts i tried to get into to get a hold of someone, wouldnt connect on either link you sent. Get your shit together and if my card does get hit, i will be in-touch

I ordered one Dolly to be placed and it was not placed on truck as usual. When I returned the truck I asked for it to be removed from receipt and uhaul representative agreed. Later to find it in my receipt!

I received a truck that required me to fill up before I left the store. I was told my tut seller to take up my matters with customer service. Then while driving from Dallas to Houston, the truck had battery trouble that required roadside assistance. I had to get a jumpstart at every stop in order to make it to my drop off location.

I was told that if I wanted to return it to another location that was closer to my destination then I would be charged a $100 fee so I was forced to drive back to the location causing an inconvenience. Great staff, but horrible policy.

I was told that my bank, Chime, was not really a bank and I couldn't use my card for the van but I could for a box truck. I was told, and I reserved a hand dolly but there wasn't one available so I had to take a roller. I had to also give two references. I've never been treated like that in renting anything. Completely sub par. No way I'll go back or tell anyone to go there.

The interior was filthy and had long hairs near where you plug your seat belt in. Other than that the interior was fine. My issue is when I went to return the truck I was told I was good to go by handing him the keys. I wanted proof I returned it in good condition with no issues. They make you sign a contract that you are liable for a 35000 dollar machine, but won't give you anything stating that the contract is over to protect yourself. I had to call support who then called an area manager who called them and told them to check it in. After waiting in the parking lot for nearly an hour I finally got confirmation it we returned. What a complete waste of time.
