My recommendation The U-Haul aspect of the business, should be separate from the Ace business as if the store is busy , you have to wait on a store attendant to assist with the rental. My experience was a bit long. Otherwise great.

JOSEPH WThe tow dolly is disappointing as it does not allow you to reverse the trailered vehicle into a spot. It’s more of a pick up n pull set up. Also, the ratchet mechanism was old and hard to use due to a lack of lube. Regardless, it was secure and easy to use and staff was friendly, quick, and helpful

KELLY BHave smart doctor smart key locked or to unlocked the trucks door. Because we get only one key at the pick up location, you can't get to open the door if you forget about it in the car by mistake which can happen. The moving being sso stressfull.

MICHAEL LCheck in process was so smooth. We arrived and within 10 minutes we had everything done and the truck was ready to go. I do not remember the name of the young man that helped us, but he was awesome!!

TRAVIS PThe truck has several maintenance related issues. The brakes were absolutely terrible and a belt was squealing. We were genuinely concerned that the brakes weren't going to work at some point.
