The location had a â€˜closed' sign on the door. Had to pound on window to find someone to open the door to get our rental truck.William D.
I ordered my truck, paid for it and when it was time to retrieve the key U-Haul told me I had to go into this business Midwest Sound and security and retrieve it. Well although the business was listed as open til 5pm on sat 8/28, no one was there and there was a closed sign on door. While this was occurring, my status was showing as dispatched for my truck and I had never even received a key. I waited one and a half hour before I could finally get help from a regional manager that eventually gave me a code to get the key from the lock box. Terrible service.Davina B.
Truck ran great but was dirty and poorly maintained inside. All surfaces felt sticky to the touch, the cup holders had debris inside, and the interior had a strong odor.Zach A.

I would never use this location ever again!! Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Didn't check in my returned truck for two days. I called twice and kept getting the response that he was going to get it checked in â€œsoonâ€ and that I would get an emailed receipt. I waited all day and nothing came through. My online U-Haul account still showed the truck was not returned. It wasn't until I drove back to the store and demanded he check it in while I was there. Initially he refused, saying they were already closed. (I had intentionally drove around back) since he must have forgot he mentioned to us the day before that he always stays later than 5pm and has some beers in the back.That is exactly where I found him. He was such a JERK with a list of excuses about why after two days he did not check in our returned truck. His overarching response was that he is too busy and his other business takes priority over any U-haul customers. Beware of using this location!Charmane K.

I'm not sure who to blame because the location blamed U-Haul and U-Haul blamed the location. But I had a reservation for a 8am pick up time 24/7 pickup and I went to go pick up my truck and there was no way to actually pick the truck up until 10 when the location opened. So I wasted 2 hours of moving and time waiting for at truck that I was told I can get at 8am. Both Uhual and the location gave me the run aroundDominick N.

The app would not allow me to do the pre-pick up confirmation which took a half hour. That wasted 30 precious minutes of truck time. Had I known that we would gotten to the location 30 minutes earlier. The app sounds convenient, but was kind of frustrating.Julie W.
the check in process was a little clunky through the website. I thought when I made my reservation I had made an account but then I was not able to access my account, turns out I didn't have one? So it was pretty annoying having to make an account (again?) and then wait through the approval process.Melissa M.

I wanted to pick up truck at 9a, app said i had to pick it up in person at 10a. Guy was helpful and said we could have picked up earlier with box. Drop off after hours was terrible. App wouldn't let me take pics. Had to go on website. Never got code to unlock box to drop keys. I was on hold for 45 minutes with customer service trying to do figure it out. I finally dropped keys in mail slot. Cust service girl was understanding and helpful. I definitely will just go to store from now on. Terrible experience.Thomas R.
