Daren TI had an excellent experience with this U‑Haul location. The pickup process for my 10' truck was quick and efficient, and the gentleman at the counter was friendly and easy to work with. When I returned the truck after hours, the drop‑off was simple and straightforward — just park and drop the key. The whole rental was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this location.
Matthew HThis was the first time in my life that I used the App to schedule and pick up a rental truck...It was super easy. I will say that the app had issues with attaching pics of the truck at time of pick up, but at delivery no such issues. I will definitley use this service and U-Haul in the future. Great location for me too. Key was in the correct box. Truck was clean...gas was not full when I picked it up, but I did put gas back in to a level more than it was when I picked it up. I only used it for a few hours and 20 miles total. But still, it was a very good experience. Thank you.

EULA EIt was closed at 10 am when I dropped it off. Had to figure how to unconnected it and drop. That’s all. Not a big deal but feedback nonetheless the less. I preferred to drop it in Cleveland TN.
MARK MPicking up was extremely easy. The guy there was very friendly. Showed me everything I needed to know. Explained the return process, which was just as easy. Great experience and friendly customer service. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

COREY PI had to sweep the trailer before use because it was covered in dirt. The pick-up and drop-off location was very tight to maneuver. A tongue jack needs to be added because these trailers (6 x 12) are heavy.

TREFOR PCharged incorrectly and refused to make it correct. Clerk stated no time limit on rental as long as returned that day. Had truck from 1:45pm to 8:07 pm and charged for 2 days.

I had no problem with that and took before pictures so I would not be blamed, but I was not concerned about it because I was called as soon as the truck was brought back so I could pick it up so the Uhaul staff really didn’t have time to clean it.
