Mike had to go to another city to pick up the trailer and came in on Saturday so I could pick it up. Kudos to Mike. Unfortunately, I had to make a 66 mile trip to get it because the confirmed location in Elmira Heights, NY didn't have a trailer (again..third time in last four rentals!)LARRY P.
The "Speed kills" label is right over the 55 MPH section of the speedometer so you can't see in the daylight if you're at 55 or 45 or 65 MPH, The effect goes away at night when the speedometer is back lighted at night. Annoying when you spend 12 hours driving.Jeffrey G.

All the locations were closed. Finally located one and the sign on the door said to go to Elkland. 12 min ride turned into 40 minutes! Then the app didn't work so we called the number on the door and the guy who answered was very helpful. However this place is a hole in the wall garage. Which we never would have found if there wasn't a uhaul trailer sitting on the side...ugh!Susan B.

The rental location was changed at the last minute and this location only had one person available and he had an appointment but was able to wait long enough to pick up the truck, then the computers were down and it took longer to get the paperwork in order. Not his fault but I do blame uhaul for not having a truck available at the Mansfield location. Had to drive 30 minutes out of the way to pick up the truck and had to rent a 15' because the 10' wasn't available. Not happy but was able to work it out but not without some stress.Stephen C.

Originally I was scheduled to drop off the trailer in lawrenceville which is just 4 miles away. Due to unannounced closure, I had to drop off 25 miles away in Elkland. Would have been nice to know this.Erik B.

Scheduling continues to be a challenge for me as a customer. Uhaul was aware I wanted the truck at another location and did not work with me to agree on an alternative once I learned I could not pick up on the desired location. Instead I was given 24 hours notice that I could only pick up in a much less convenient location which also cost me more mileage (and therefore Uhaul made more revenue).GEORGE Q.

This location in Elkland made moving more stressful. The owner/operator wasn't very helpful in coordinating an available truck and gave me the runaround the week before my move. (or even the process of how to do it online). I felt like I was on my own to figure it all out. The owner closed this location for a week (?) With no forwarding information. I didn't know the truck I had reserved was even available for pickup until an hour before my reservation time when I showed up looking for it. Would not do business with them again.Bradley J.

Would have been great if we would have gotten the trailer with the ramp as requested. We did not realize that the trailer did not have the ramp until we had reach our loading point. Will request a walk thru next time.LOUISE W.

even though i reserved a 15' truck two weeks ahead, u-haul did not have one available at my preferred site and did not let me know until the day before. i think u-haul management should be more conscience of customers' request and work harder to fulfill them.Judith B.

Make sure you are there when we were told that someone would be there from 8 - 10 and no one was there. We were there by 9:45 and did need some help to unhook the trailer. Lucky for us we found a couple of guys willing to help.Wilma C.

Mike was super nice and welcoming to us at his shop. He quickly processed the paper then checked the hitch before hooking up the trailer, chains and lights himself. He then wished us a happy and safe trip and we were Able to be on our way in under 15 minutes.Abigail C.

The trailer I was issued was a piece of junk. Electrical nightmare!!! First I order in one town got there they didn't have my trailer 35 miles away got trailer. Wiring issues had to go my garage 35 miles back rule out my truck and the haul trailer 35 miles back to dealer to get a wire relpaced. Lost entire day on trip. Had to chance 3 appt at home. Loaded till after one am due to fact that I spent 7 hours and over a 100 miles to get trailer to WORK. They claim they had no other trailers available in area. I paid over 200 for rental of this POC. Over 2 hours on phone just to get 50$ and couldn't even find me a replacement trailer even of larger size! I am very angry this messed up our trip home, had to change 3 appt, ended up driving all night and to be honest completely and totally pissed me off! I want all my money back ASAP. Mike the dealer in Elk land was nice he did his best to fix it. Got it going but before trip ended electric was out again.Laura S.

We have no choice but to use this location unless we drive miles out of our way, so it is a monopoly location with no "choice" at all. This truck was a truck from hell because it had a terrible problem with its loading door cable. The door could hardly be opened or shut without serious shoulder strain. The entire rental experience became a nightmare when extreme winter weather prevented our retuning the truck within our expected rental window, and we had to keep it longer than we had planned. The rental agent knew where the truck was, but we received a contact from U-Haul concerned the truck had been "stolen." Overall, this has been our worst U-Haul experience. If we have another experience like this one, we would never use U-Haul again if we could avoid it.JOE C.

Way out of our way by 40 minutes to pick up the truck. Then when I expressed concern to uhaul company they said they would take care of the extra mileage, and instead charged me an extra $28.00. Thanks for the poor customer service from the uhaul co. The guy at the pick up location was nice. Will never use this company again I was suppose to get a call back about the extra charge and never did. They should give you extra mileage for the price you pay to rent the truck.CORINNE B.

Mike is a good guy i have known him for many years.i would recomend this location to anybody..my only complaint would be against u haul service center itself..i rented a trailer for 9 am and they said they would call me by 10 am and tell me where i could pick up the trailer,,that didn,t make any sense to me at all...so i called mikes service center myself to confirm my reservationjeffrey M.

When I've got uhauls in the past, I would say what I needed and they would get one for the day I needed it. Now, the closest one I needed was over an hour away. I was not doing over 2 hours of driving just for a trailer. So had to put more trips on than planned and take a smaller trailer than what I needed.cindy D.
