Mike's staff was very helpful. I tried to line up the truck on the Uhaul app. It reserved a truck, that seemed in our local area, however the app isn't always correct. Mike's staff explained and helped make a stressful time very okay. ThanksPatricia K.
This is not a knock on the location but U-haul as a company. I am really tired of getting screwed around by your reservation process. I booked a truck and trailer at a spot 4 minutes from the house I was moving out. I was called the day before I was to pick it up and was told I needed to drive close to an hour to pick it up at another location and then an hour back because this place doesn't have the trailer. I was then told that only certain places have trailers like that you can pick up at one location and drop off at another. Then why do you offers these on your site when reserving them. This really screwed all my plans and coast me more money. Yes I was given a $50 credit but had to drive that truck all those extra miles and also had to have another person drive me the same distance to get me there. This is the normal with your company as it has happened to me twice before.Jerry L.
One of the tire restraints was cut 1/2 thru on auto transport, which is a safety concern. They did nothing to resolve problem. They had auto transport setting in deep weeds. One of the brake/taillights was not working properly.Karen L.

I dropped of my truck a day early. There was no where to park the truck. The lady that took the keys from me was tending to a baby and she said I didn't need to do anything else. Now today I received phone calls inquiring why I have not turned the truck in. No customer service what so ever.J Maxine B.

I had absolutely wonderful experience with Mikes Towing but my experience with the actual UHAUL company itself was HORRIBLE... the person that called to confirm my reservation the day before took my reservation and transferred it to a totally different location. I rented a uhaul truck and a trailer. They wanted ME to go to 2 different places to retrieve these items... 1 which was only 7 mins away and the other 30 min away... I reserved the uhaul and trailer at Mike's Towing which was 1 door down from me. Mike's Towing was wonderful to work with. I reserved theses items 1 month in advance and they worked with me on couple different occasions making sure o got what I wanted and needed because I have never done a 1 way rental. Helped me figure out different things, kept in contact with me letting me know that everything was going to be on time only to find out from your VERY ARGUMENTATIVE REPRESENTATIVE ON WHY I HAD TO GO TO A COMPELTELY DIFFERENT PLACE TO PICK UP MY UHAUL AND NOT JUAT 1 PLACE BUT 2 DIFFERENT PLACES GO BOOT... so yes very dissatisfied with the actual UHAUL COMPANY experience but NOT MIKE'S TOWING. Its very sad when you have uhaul distributors and they do not have any uhauls esp after a month prior reservation.
