I was charged for rental and loss of pads which I did not rent. I was charged for loss of a dolly which is still in the back of the van. I can document all with photos and videos time/date stamped. You can also see from the original van reservation that I did not reserve any pads. The location vendor must have added these items to the bill when I was not looking. He did not seem to know how to manage the system and he was helping other people at the same time with non uhaul items so I had to keep interrupting him. The van I got was not the van I was told I was getting based on reservation license plate number. I am submitting a fraud complaint with my credit card company. I trust uhaul to resolve this but must protect myself from being defrauded for pads and dolly.
