I called all 4 locations in Bogalusa only to find one person at Milltown open and that would answer a phone . The man at Milltown made every attempt to meet our rental needs including ordering a 20 ft. truck to meet our needs. Where we had a major problem is when we went to location for truck the truck was there but the employee had a death in his family and we spent over two hours speaking to five different people on a smart phone before one of them could talk us through the rental process. There is not one location in this town that represents U Haul as a business model , we are sure to let social media ,friends and family know how poorly U Haul runs its business . Very Disappointed And Costly mistake to use your service. Rick Boneno

My only concern for the next customer was that in bringing the truck back there weren't any outside lights on. I was glad my son followed me to make sure I got into my car safely. Otherwise the owners went above and beyond to assist me since I was not in town yet to actually make the purchase. I hope I never have to move again but if I did I would definitely rent here again.
