I would recommend based on convenience for the location. The process with booking and checking-in is arduous (40 minutes out of my booked time to check in) and the system confused things when I was putting another driver which created issues. The service people on the phone were nice but this could be much better managed by the local lady running the storage facility where the truck is located. I ordered a dolly which I did not get as well. Borrowed it from Debi at the storage place.

The online check-in process was a nightmare, and will likely stop me from using UHaul again. There should be an option for counter check-in with a real person. That said, Jeffrey/Geoffrey on site, despite not being responsible for the check-in process, was extremely kind and helpful, as was Simon, the area manager whom we spoke to on the phone and who patiently helped us complete the process.

Jennifer just went over and above my expectations and was sooo helpful in every possible way, even taking my calls well after she left work just to accommodate my needs (9 pm). I would extremely recommend this location to everyone looking to rent storage or u-haul truck. Best assured, excellent service is guaranteed!!!
