As a storage facility i have no issues with this location. However as a uhaul interaction i wasnt impressed. Upon receiving the uhaul the milage was incorrect on odometer vs contract. Which already made me feel off put, however was rectified come billing through photo evidence. Then the 2 wheeler rented was the smallest iv ever seen; had no lip for lifting and wheels that couldn't make it down stairs, cracked handles and just not usable at all Brought this to attention but was still charged full price for each day as I " could have returned it" during an out of town acreage move....

I had a great experience with Mini Mall Service. Their team was very accommodating and took the time to provide different options and packages that suited my budget, which I truly appreciated. There was a small glitch in their booking system that resulted in my card being billed twice. However, the staff immediately apologized for the incident and courteously explained how the credit would be applied to the following month’s bill. Their transparency and professionalism made the situation stress-free. The space I rented was clean, well-maintained, and secure. Their staff Ayushi was consistently courteous and kind, Bharat who regularly check in to make sure everything is going well and to see if there’s anything else I need and Rhodora who was assisted with my booking. I also rented a Uhaul van with them, it was clean with a full tank and was available for pick up in this branch. Overall, a positive experience and excellent customer service.

Vehicle was almost frozen. Could barely get the back door open. No information known about the last mechanical inspection on the vehicle. Dolly we requested wasn't available although we were able to get a different one. Check in process was terrible, very slow. I definitely wouldn't recommend this location to anyone
