Well done by the man who looked after me at the facility. I didn't get his name but was a pleasure to deal with. I cleaned all the windows inside and out with Windex. Not the fault of U haul, I'm just picky. LOL Thanks for the Rental. I may need to rent again by the End of August. I will only Rent from UHAUL in the future. and Shannon

grant wThey were absolutely great, asides from getting a phone call the day before my drop off saying I was late on dropping it off (which i was not) they quickly realized they were wrong and sorted everything out for me!
Austin BAs a storage facility i have no issues with this location. However as a uhaul interaction i wasnt impressed. Upon receiving the uhaul the milage was incorrect on odometer vs contract. Which already made me feel off put, however was rectified come billing through photo evidence. Then the 2 wheeler rented was the smallest iv ever seen; had no lip for lifting and wheels that couldn't make it down stairs, cracked handles and just not usable at all Brought this to attention but was still charged full price for each day as I " could have returned it" during an out of town acreage move....
