The only issue I had was where I was to return the truck. The original drop off was less than 2 miles from my house, but sometime before I was to return the truck they moved the drop off 25 minutes away. The drop off time was going to be tight already, but we were 15 minutes late because of the new location for the drop off. I also returned the truck 2 days early. I got charged another $2.89 at drop off. I am not sure why the extra charge. That was not explained, but I hope it was not due to being dropped of 15 minutes late. Other than that everyone I spoke with during the renting process was very delightful and helpful. Thank you for everything. My concerns have nothing to do with the location of picking the truck up or dropping it off. I just don't know why the drop off place was altered. I think that is a main office issue.

Hung VThey told me that she had no idea about the $100 cash that the lady at the pickup location was talking about. She also didn't seem to know anything about the uhaul side of her job. I feel lied to and stolen from. I will find a different way to move my stuff next time!
