AWFUL!!!!!! WE WILL NEVER, AND I MRAN NEVER, RENT A UHAUL EVER AGAIN!!! THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH AND I HATED EVERY SECOND OF IT!!!
Hung VThey told me that she had no idea about the $100 cash that the lady at the pickup location was talking about. She also didn't seem to know anything about the uhaul side of her job. I feel lied to and stolen from. I will find a different way to move my stuff next time!
