Amy was awesome! We arrived early for our rental and she took time to help us get checked in and going. She was very kind and knowledgeable throughout the whole process.

Hours of operation posted online, and on the front door indicated that they were open until 6pm, but when I arrived at 5:45 the door was locked and no one was present to help. Two days later I got a text asking about a missing key. I texted back, and eventually the person texting indicated that an office worker had taken the keys out of the box, but the office was closed. Then yesterday morning I received a bill from the turn in that added nearly $200 to what had been a $300 rental. When I called for clarification on the charges - although the blankets had been folded and the truck bed swept out, they said there was some dirt in the cab, so Inwqsa assesses the $25 cleaning fee. What was more problematic to me was the assessment of two charges for damage on the vehicle. The person on the phone that I talked to from UHaul indicated that there was no explanation they could find on the paperwork to explain the charges. Nothing happened to damage the vehicle while it was in my possession, so I am bafffled by this. The person said that they would look into the matter for me, but I haven’t heard anything back. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. I only occasionally have a need to make a rental like this, and have had good experiences with UHaul in the past. With the way the economy is now … the rental cost (which I up charged to include insurance to have peace of mind on the drive) was a lot for my family. The additional unexpected charges on the back end of the experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth, and will no doubt influence future decisions when a rental of this sort is needed.

Well. We arrive and our assigned vehicle was blocked in by another vehicle. Luckily after crying numbers on the door and no response we messaged chat & the lady was so nice and helpful. She put us in a smaller truck but no Dolley. Running late from this there was less than an 1/8 of gas. What a morning. I credit the lady that helped rectify the problem and get us on the road. She did credit a little money back. My brother was able to bring a dolley. Again the U-Haul worker on the phone was so nice.

send notification ahead of reservation time if it has been moved to self pick up. That was a curveball.

March 27 was my first time renting a truck there, Customer service was empathy (Amy) she treated me and my husband with kindness and respect, we called back the next day and rented a storage united.. very good communication Thanks for everything we told some friends about you guys 🥰

It's helpful to have the right truck with the right key when customers come to pick up a truck they reserved nearly a week in advance. It should not take 50 minutes to pick up a truck. It should not take 20 minutes to drop off a truck during regular business hours with no employees to be found and the doors locked. The Uhaul app was not exactly user friendly. I had to guess which link to click to return the truck. I returned the truck cleaner than i got it. I hope to never need a moving truck again.

The trucks brakes need to be fixed or something. Very rough when pressing on highway. Didn't impede on anything for me, but I didnt have a ton of weight in the back so it didnt matter a ton.
