Showed up about 15 minutes early for my appointed time and there as no one at the facility. Waited 30 minutes before someone finally showed up and she said she didn't know about my appointment because I booked on-line.

Joseph MAmy was awesome! We arrived early for our rental and she took time to help us get checked in and going. She was very kind and knowledgeable throughout the whole process.
Courtney BHours of operation posted online, and on the front door indicated that they were open until 6pm, but when I arrived at 5:45 the door was locked and no one was present to help. Two days later I got a text asking about a missing key. I texted back, and eventually the person texting indicated that an office worker had taken the keys out of the box, but the office was closed. Then yesterday morning I received a bill from the turn in that added nearly $200 to what had been a $300 rental. When I called for clarification on the charges - although the blankets had been folded and the truck bed swept out, they said there was some dirt in the cab, so Inwqsa assesses the $25 cleaning fee. What was more problematic to me was the assessment of two charges for damage on the vehicle. The person on the phone that I talked to from UHaul indicated that there was no explanation they could find on the paperwork to explain the charges. Nothing happened to damage the vehicle while it was in my possession, so I am bafffled by this. The person said that they would look into the matter for me, but I haven’t heard anything back. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. I only occasionally have a need to make a rental like this, and have had good experiences with UHaul in the past. With the way the economy is now … the rental cost (which I up charged to include insurance to have peace of mind on the drive) was a lot for my family. The additional unexpected charges on the back end of the experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth, and will no doubt influence future decisions when a rental of this sort is needed.
