Hector SThe roll up door track was damaged. This was not tested at pick up and only noticed when we attempted to open and close the door. This was a major inconvenience as my wife was unable to operate the door. Very Frustrating. I showed the door to the agent at drop in in Alcoa TN. He was nonchalant when he realized we did not pick up from his location.

Anthony BI was given a truck with no oil and Severe tick in the Engine worried about breaking down the entire trip with my family, Not only that but I was Quoted a COMPLETELY different price than I ended up being forced to pay , Actually the price I was quoted originally and expected to pay but upon arrival I learned I actually needed to COMPLETELY remove the trailer rental from my order to get the same price I was quoted online for the Truck and trailer , I drove 58 minutes to the uhaul store to Pick up my truck to be told it was actually 200$ more than I was quoted online and if I knew that I would have went to a dealership rented a truck and trailer which was 48$ cheaper than what I ended up being FORCED to pay for you guys because it was the day of my move and too late to Find good people to give me the Same price I was promised before unchanging me 74% from the original price I was offered , I will absolutely never use uhaul service again and also tell everyone I know it is cheaper to rent a truck and trailer from a Local Rental store in my area than too rent a truck from uhaul for a one way out of state move . EXTREMELY upset with this entire Deal it's absolutely false advertising and completely Hurt our lives taken extra money I absolutely did NOT have in the crisis of a out of state move After Quoting me a affordable price online letting me drive 58 minutes to pick up the truck on the day of my move then telling me it will cost 200$ more than the original price I was told online completely screwing me not leaving me enough time to find a trailer I cold afford to bring my car with me , so now I have to drive 200 miles back to pick up my car , so thanks alot for absolutely nothing guys I hope someone sues you for this unjust behavior it should not be legal for you guys to treat people that way you almost completely ruined my life I'm stuck down here with no car now if my sister didn't loan me the money to go back for my car my family would starve to death and become homeless down here because I have no way to get to work . Fix your policys your completely affecting people's entire lives

Dennis AThey were also very helpful. The only problem I had was that they had some kind of odor enhancer in the office that was so strong I could hardly stand to be in there. Strong idols like that give me migraines!

Laura SOnly issue I had was the online return process would not accept my photos of mileage and fuel. Staff were very helpful and friendly on items we needed fir moving.
