Absolute Bullshit. Not only was I overcharged twice for fuel even at the already exorbitant rate, I was charged an additional day plus a cleaning fee that was absolutely unnecessary. Customer service did not reply to my attempts at contact, and I will be most likely contacting the BBB for fraud.PAUL K.

Truck was on empty when I picked it up. I signed up for mobile check in but then still had to wait in line to get a key from an employee in the store. Store front is very poorly marked.Allan K.

The self pick up didn't work and took over an hour. I talked to multiple customer service people and they all had different explanations for why it wasn't working. The pick up place was creepy and poorly maintained.Georgia H.

First of all, the U-Haul online â€œreservationâ€ site is a horrible joke. The truck and location I â€œreservedâ€ where changed the day before my rental date - smaller truck and location farther from my house. The U-Haul representative was rude, unprofessional and unapologetic about not having the truck size I â€œreservedâ€ at the location I â€œreserved.â€ At a time when things are critical, U-Haul proves to be completely unreliable! This U-Haul location is in the seediest part of town - didn't feel safe. Found the truck around the block. The combination for the remote lockbox didn't work. The guy working at the location is rude. The truck didn't contain the blankets, hand truck or dolly I pre-ordered. I was given some filthy blankets, a hand truck and dolly. On my way almost two hours after I had arrived. My experience today was completely unacceptable. The truck was in negligible condition, including a flat tire. Once I got into the truck: the passenger mirror couldn't rotate to show more road, which caused me to have to duck down to see the right lane, to drive straight forward the wheel needed to be turned halfway, and the driver side door wouldn't even close all the way, which caused rain to enter the cabin. I have no idea how this truck was permitted to be driven and thus I will never use uhaul again.Michael M.

Overall, the experience wasn't negative nor positive. The truck seemed like it needs rotors/brake maintenance, new windshield wipers, and some WD40 on the mirrors so they can be adjusted. Price was extremely affordable and fair, the employee on duty was fantastic and diligent on helping me. I think having more signage indicating where the parking lot is would be beneficial as it took me a bit to locate the truck. While I rate my experience average, I would use you again.Dylan S.

Dirty truck windows and lights, half full tank, truck doesn't seem to be maintenance, can hear air through door while driving, had to walk a block to get vehicle, vehicle parked in a heavy traffic location. Very dirty truck, location looked like a office that went out of business; it was hard to find it. The U-Haul sign was stuck on the glass door inside turned 90 degrees while the big sign above the door was about another business.EMIL B.
The vehicle had been sitting in the lost for an extended period of time and was covered in a thick layer of snow and the windshield was encased with a thick layer of ice and it was very cold. I expected that at least it could have been brushed off and the ice removed. Took us a long time to get it ready to drive. Also, I specifically asked if the inside of the cab was cleaned for COVID reasons and they said yes. I brought my own wipes and it was really dirty.KRISTIE L.
The uhual wasn't ready. It was filled with snow. I was guaranteed to have one ready at 930, it wasn't . When I went to look at the uhaul and seen it filled with snow I went back in to get another truck. I was told that's all he had . He wasn't going to help me remove the snow I had to tell him this is bad customer service. He finally came out with a brush to help . It took me an half and hr to get a truck that was suppose to be ready.Tynesha E.
The place was closed when I attempted to pick up the uhaul so I called and he said they were closed due to the weather and I said, I'm moving today, the weather isn't stopping me so he sent a guy to meet me with a key for a truck. I wasn't impressed. The truck was cold and needed windows scraped off and snow removed. The uhaul was all dented up and beat up. Plated are Arizona if you want to check on it.Lisa F.

Truck is parked on a different street compared to the location stated at the beginning of the pickup process; this area is quite janky and does not feel safe. The pickup process took much longer than expected; customers should be pre-approved at time of reservation instead of having to complete all the approval info at the time of picking up the truck - only inspecting the truck should occur at time of pickup. During the return of the truck, at the end of the process of the app it stated "return keys to box" but did not provide info on which box or what the code was again... Went inside to get help from the customer service representative who was incredibly rude ... one of the worst interactions I've had in a long time.Andrew T.

Leo the attendant was all good. The uhaul online system/mobile check out is terrible. Reserved a truck for 8, get there to pick up and the mobile app says i cant check it out and gotta come back at 9. This puts me over a hour behind my moving schedule. Get there at 9 and my truck has been given to another customer. What the f@$k!!! Get your shit together. Either offer a seamless mobile experienfe or dont offer one at all. Your sophmoric effort left me over two hours late in everything I had to do that day. Terrible customer experience.Dustin S.
