First thing I ran into was an e-stop. I think I understand what happened there from a previous rental. I just don't understand why it couldn't have been taken care of by Katrina Minter U-Haul location. I wouldn't have been delayed a whole day on my plans. And I just have to say that Katrina made my whole trip a lot better than it could have been. Like I said I was delayed a whole day but she did everything she could to help me out and get me on my way. You all should be proud to have her as one of your vendors! She is 5-star as far as I'm concerned!

Susan CThis location did not give me a military discount after I presented them with my current military I.D. card. This has added an additional monetary burden to my move. The lady there said that I would have to get with "big U-Haul" to get my discount. She said I would get it when I turn it in in Arizona. She obviously lied to me.

JAMES SI will drop off at Minter everytime. This makes 3 rentals in the past 8 weeks and each time, Ed and Katrina Minter made all the difference in my having a positive experience. They go the extra mile to ensure everything was checked in. Katrina even called the successive renter of a previous truck I dropped off to see if I'd left a bag of Christmas gifts in the cab. Now that's service.

Charles DThe car dolly appeared to be fine until I got it back and loaded my car. That’s when the passenger side tire was VERY flat. Of course to get road side assitance required somebody with access to the military base I was on. Needless to say, I picked up my car dolly at 2:52 pm, but was notable to safely depart my location until 8 1/2 hours latter. (Almost midnight). Becasuninwas im a campground, I didn’t want to disturb my neighbors loading the car back on the dolly, so my departure time changed from 6am to 9am.
