I returned my truck in person just before closing and it wasn't checked in by Mission RV as it should have been that day. I was given verbal assurance that I didn't have to do anything else and that all was good before I left Mission RV. Because of this negligence I was double charged my rental and insurance charge. I had the truck for 5 hours and now my money is tied up as if I had the truck for 2 days while customer service who was punctual at reaching out to me because the check in hadn't happen, now seems to not have much ability when it comes to rectifying incorrect billing for "actual" services rendered. I spoke to a representative today who was very passive and basically tossed her hands up about the situation and basically told me that what the 1st representative the day of was willing to do which was reach out to Mission RV to confirm that the truck was returned, defaulted to some complaint system and basically said that the refund due me is up to Mission RV's discretion. I am owed 1 days worth of rental fees and insurance fees and if not refunded, regardless of the cost to me, legal action will be taken. I do not appreciate this treatment or this experience. A simple clear up should not take up to 72 hours and a dice roll on the decision to do the right thing and refund an honest customer fairly. Moving is already a stressful process and sloppiness like this makes it worse.Aaron J.

Over the past year I've rented half a dozen or so U-Haul vehicles. This one, by far was the best! The truck was perfect and the service was outstanding. The only issue was only 1/3 of a tank of fuel when I picked it up. I left it with 3/4 of a tank for the next person. Other than that, it couldn't have been better.Jeffrey P.

I have a concern about my recent truck rental. Contract #23354877. When we picked up the truck it was very dirty inside and out. The front window was so dirty with bugs that was the first thing we had to do so we drive it .Also the headlights were bug covered. The interior of the back end was dusty/dirty and again we had to clean it so cloth furniture would not get dirty.clarice K.

The Original pick-up spot was on 91st street. They were the worst ever. I almost rented with penske after my experience with 91st street U-haul. The olive street u- haul was much better.Dennis O.

The attendant didn't show me to the truck. He pointed it out from a window. Didn't do a walk around or anything like other locations have done in the past. The gas tank was not full when I received it, and only noticed that it wasn't full after filling it much more than it should've been filled. Filled with 6+ gallons, and only went 11 miles total, including the milage to bring it back. Pretty sure that doesn't add up. When brought up to the attendant, he said he would adjust mileage to account for this. I was still charged the full amount. Will not use this location again.Tristin M.

Uhaul stole my furniture because they clained that i did not answer my calls which is complete bull. The one message i received i returned their call and even though i had the truck for longer then expected for them to cone and steal my furniture from my driveway is probably against the law and i think i am going to have to file a police report because they refused to let me take my stuff to storage and put in gas and return to then and pay. All was excellent except that when we arrived at our place and opened the rear door, it had not been cleaned. Had to sweep up a bunch of broken glass before using it. Upon returning, I gave appropriate feedback to Alex and he was embarrassed that his "temporary help" had messed up and given me the wrong truck. The good news: The truck was great after my sweep and Alex discounted my rental. He was very professional in his making a pretty simple error right with me. Think customer service! Location was closed during regular business hours without any signage stating that it was closed. Reservation was made in advance indicating that this location would be open for drop off. They didn't even answer their business phone. Ended up calling U-haul for drop off instructions.AURELIO Q.
The Uhaul experience was poor from the start. The location was changed, I was told to go to 91 and Olive. I went there, they said, no, go to 96th and Olive. They didn't have the furniture pads I ordered. They sent me even further away. It took 2 extra hours to pick up truck. I was paying loaders 20 per hour and they were just waiting. The truck had a blow out on the highway, the retread pealed off the tire. We had to take back roads slowly back to house. Everything about this rental was a dissapointment.
