Inside of cab had a strong odor of cigarette smoke. When I got truck to loading site, I washed the seats, dashboard and door panels with cleaner and let air out. Found a nasty hair brush in door pocket.

Using the online feature was a waste of time in this instance. It would have been alot quicker if the location would have been notified and had the key pulled and ready. The way it went it would have been just as fast to just go to the counter from the start.

The rental went well. The only problem was the time listed on the website, was not right. The store wasn't open at the listed time due to temporary changed hours for Covid, so I had to wait 30 minutes to pick up.

Online check in process is broken. Uhaul changed locations 30 miles different. No appliance dolly on truck as reserved. Approval process ID verification is broken. Terrible, horrible, awful! The Bailey Family

Customer service was nice but truck was dirty and smelled like smoke. Dust, pollen and ashes were on dash, console and seats. Outside of truck looked like it had not been washed in awhile. No washer fluid when I tried to rinse windshield. Nice store, nice people but pick up truck should be cleaned a little better between customers.

The equipment was not ready for rental . Equipment missing: My handtruck waa unavailable and caused major delays . My moving team was already on site and I was required to go to another location to find a hand truck which required mileage against my purchase contract and labor time with my movers. I must be compensated for my inconvenience.

I set the truck up a week in advance at a lot closer location. I was told that truck would be there but it wasn't. I had to go to a further location which caused me to have to drive more miles

Well it needed vacuumed and cleaned up. The windshield was cracked the whole way across. But the service to rent was easy and quick and the price was excellent

Really quick process to pick up the 10-foot box truck. The employees that helped with pick up and drop off knew exactly what to do. I was impressed with the box truck. Clean, well-maintained, and in great shape for a truck with almost 70,000 miles on it. I would rent one of these trucks again and certainly would choose the same location.

They charged us an extra day and lead us to believe if we turned it in early we would be reimbursed for the days not used. Didn't help hook the trailer up or even make sure the equipment was in proper order. It rained on the trip back home and all our furniture and boxes got soaked from all the leaks in the trailer. They trailer should have never been available to rent if it can't prevent water damage if it rains. Very disappointed and ruined multiple times that had to be thrown away.

Don't argue with the customer or amongst co workers in front of the customer be respectful to female co workers and pick up the pace when using the computer.

Very kind folks, but they did not have some of the items such as Mattress covers that I needed. I was forced to drive 30 minutes further to pick up this truck, even though I reserved three weeks in advance.

I highly recommend this place for pickup or drop off. This facility and management went above and beyond to help and accommodate me. My dad's move was crazy from beginning to end and this place understood and worked with me to ease some of the stress due to the move. Staff was very welcoming(which was a nice change of pace from where I live lol). It made me very comfortable and happy that my dad is now in such a sweet town. Big shout out to the manager at this store!!!!! Thanks for all the help!

Upon arrival our trailer pick up was severely delayed because credit card machine didn't work. Also one of the break lights didn't work , driver had to followed to prevent possible accident. When informed store they didn't car. We should not have to pay full price for sub par service and equipment

I felt like they were being really racist and I never had that problem where it made me feel very uncomfortable also I made a reservation for 8:30-3:30 that they did not honor and I had to rush which made me go more miles than expected not happy with services at all.
