The process was easy and everything went smoothly but the truck smelled like smoke and I have asthma so it was a little rough on me. Other than that it was pretty good.
MARIAH LVan smelled like a horse's ass. Needed wiper fluid. Got charged for gas even though I filled it up to exactly where I got it.
Jason TDuring our rental period, we rented the truck at 7:30pm. We had the truck dropped off by 9pm and was charged for two days instead of one. When calling the location to explain how they over charged us, they young man on schedule was no help and had us contact customer service. The lady who helped us in customer service was great and very helpful. My issue was that the U-Haul location told us one thing and completely did the opposite. This was a huge inconvenience and will mostly likely never rent a vehicle from this specific location again.
