Kenneth SBeing a neighborhood U-Haul, it appears the primary customer at the Vape/Smoke shop is the Vape/Smoke customer. I say this because in the middle of my transaction with the store attendant, a vape customer came in and the attendant left me for 10 minutes while he waited in the vape customer and then came back to me. I don't this this is good customer service. The equipment was clean and the van worked well, but during my rental time, the change oil light kept coming on. The van needs to be serviced and oil changed.
Angelo AI was required by the locations’ rental agent to use U-Haul mobile app to do pickup process. Their location had very poor cell coverage and no WiFi. So I had to walk around the establishment with my phone in the air trying to upload an image of my driver’s license. Then the app wanted me to upload photos of the rental vehicle. That would have taken all day. Very poor experience.
Andrew ZThis was way faster than going to the larger main U haul Location a few miles further. Way faster to get waited on and in and out of there with the U haul.
