The store itself is almost a general store but the folks were helpful and friendly. They have a huge inventory of rentals.
Jack ZDropped off after hours so no interactions with staff but they have been helpful in the past.
Dexter BPulled up at 9 am and I guess that bothered the owner (yes the owner, he’s been around for awhile). After he spent 5 minutes trying to read the trailer number from the inside of the building and complaining the whole time he finally went out on the porch to get a better look. Then abruptly said just find a place out back. When I dared ask him where out back he snapped again with some snarky comment. I asked him if he could help unhook and drop the trailer and he said “you can’t take it off”? And I responded with “just want to make sure I don’t damage anything” and he immediately fired off a “ you better not! He said he would be around to help in “a little while” l, guess he didn’t want his coffee to get too cold. I left to drop it where ever I wanted and he never showed up. As I was leaving he was just standing in the front parking area, doing nothing, and I said “thanks for all of your help”. He responded with some other snarky quip about me being a jerk and I said “I’ll just leave a one star review and make my case there” and without missing a beat he said ….. “F%#k YOU!” Absolutely will never rent a U-Haul from that location, will not recommend his location, will not ever set foot in or around his side business of selling old southern nostalgia and Dale Earnhardt memorabilia (apparently he sells crap as well). I talked to my buddy and he said he had a run in a few years ago with this guy same experience. So because you asked, and because I had the time I finally wrote this. It’s all true and he had plenty of cameras that would have caught it all. And for the record I rented a second trailer a week later absolutely no issues and perfect customer service. At both pick up and drop off. He is obviously a one-off - I would end this relationship immediately if I owned U-Haul.

Grace BFine location and the man was helpful. The actual pull behind enclosed trailer had a bad shimmy between 20 and 30 mph when unloaded. Made me consider going back and exchanging it for another. Once loaded it did fine.

JUSTIN DThe drop-off location needs a lot of work. It was a dirt lot. There was no bay to turn in the trailer, and the lady just said, "Park it anywhere you see fit." She did not go over my returned equipment. She did not look at my paperwork. I think only one person worked there and lived behind the building. Then I was surprised with a bill later that evening, stating I had a late fee and my card was already charged.

CURTISS WDon't screw up the initial reservation. You sent me to a closed business. I was already stressed dealing with the death of my daughter 2 days earlier and trying to move some of her things. This mistake was catastrophic at this time

Rudranath BPick up location did not connect our chains to car with tow dolly. No instructions given on speed not to exceed 55mph. Tires on car turned because no seat belt around steering wheel. I thought my car was damaged and spent an hour on phone until we were able to secure it properly. Car didn't start once at destination due to improper set up.
ANGELA CWatch your final receipt, take photos of your starting and ending mileage and I'd suggest you use a mileage tracker on your phone. Overcharged for mileage.
