I waited for almost an hour and no one showed up to help us. Then we got the truck but was told it was without authorization and this entire experience with Uhaul is the WORST I'Ve ever experienced with Uhaul. It was just horrible from start to finish

Ryan S.I have thought long and hard about my encounter the day I picked up the Uhaul. I was in desperate need to move some items and had such a hard time finding the large truck or I would have walked out. The man working behind the counter/owner of the shop, was racist, homophobic and said some things I still can't get out of my head. I do not usually hold things against people for different beliefs and try to ignore them when possible. But his words were beyond hard to ignore.

Karen D.When using the return address link from Uhaul text message it takes you to the incorrect location about 1/2 mile away. Remington Rd vs Old Remington Rd. I will never use U-haul again. The entire experience was unsatisfactory and cost far more than expected based on quote.

THOMAS I.I am very disappointed with this location and drop off. The sign on the door said that business hours were from 9 to 5 but no one was there when I dropped off the van at 11:30. I did miss the email about drop off details and now I'm stuck with an after hours fee. I tried calling the drop off site and left a message but no one called me back. I call Customer Service but Uhaul still wants to charge the fee even though I dropped off the van 2 days early. This is a small fee but I am very disappointed with the technicality. Uhaul used to be my go-to but now I am a very disappointed customer.
Dustin B.U-Haul failed to deliver a car carrier to the rental site per my reservation and I was forced to use a dolly instead. Very disappointed. Mike at the site was excellent to work with and provided excellent customer service in spite of the failure of U-Haul.

Nathan L.Your computer program kept giving an error. I have a Subaru Outback 2016, and have used to 5 by 8 in clothes trailer, several times with this car. However, Thislast time, your computer program, continue to say that but pasty is wrong for the equipment. You're personal had no clue what that message meant. Thankfully, miss did not prevent me from giving the trailer.
