Sketchy area for sure , drug addicts strung out walking around all over the place. The truck’s check engine turned on halfway through the trip giving me and my wife anxiety as we were in the middle of nowhere as we did not know if the truck would break down. U-Haul then charged us 91 extra dollars for an extra 91 miles they calculated somehow. I’m hoping they refund us that money

Juana HMy truck…. I almost died on the way there from the brakes, not working, it’s sliding all over the road and having no control, and the check engine light blinking on and off constantly. Trying to get a U-Haul truck to service me a got even worse… I can’t believe I had to pay for what I experienced.

Ken SCSR was very slow moving. I was there for almost 30 minutes after I checked in Online cause my truck was not ready outside of the gate!!! I have to add to extra time to my reservation because of this delay!!!

Jorge BThe reserved vehicle was not available. Reservation was changed to a 10' truck. Same price but frustrating to be notified of change a few hours before rental. Also when I picked up the truck the fuel gauge was on empty. Had to immediately purchase fuel. The truck had an electrical issue...the headlights would fluctuate. The lights would dim and then light up again. Also, the interior of the truck could have used a cleaning.

GRACIELA EI was changed a $20 after hours fee and an extra day of rental. Unbelievable! I had to go back to location to get 50 bucks back. What if I’d not been able to check bill? This place probably counts on customers not checking their bills. Go find an honest rental place is my advice to EVERYONE.
Frances DThe staff, and management were very friendly. With the pandemic happening, I was late on a few payments. They were very understanding of my situation, and were completely helpful in easing my stress during the difficult time I was having. There were a few times even before the pandemic, that I had to wait for someone for about 20 minutes to open the gate so I could get to my unit. Other than that, I don’t have one complaint. It was very secure, and always very clean.
