The process overall takes a lot longer than expected. The two ladies that work there look like they do not know what they are doing and confused about what is going on as far as the dropping off the truck process. Took over 20 minutes just to hand over the keys. I have never had a bad experience with UHAUL before until this day.

It wasn't even a U-haul location, it was a engine repair shop.

I had called earlier in the week to make sure the place would be open and that I would be able to pick up the truck on Saturday because I preferred to do in-person check in. Well I arrived and the location was closed. I was forced to check in through online, which set me back 1 hour. And then the truck had almost no gas and did not come with the utility dolly as I had reserved so I had to add gas and pick up the dolly at another location, that further set me back by another 15 minutes. It was poor communication

I need someone to respond. The charges for dolly was not provided. I need that refunded. Further, the lock used to secure the bed is old and was very difficult to get opened. There was no one to provide customer service by phone.

I have been using you at chino for the past 8 years for our annual bbq. But this year you gave my truck to someone else and we were scrambling to find anoter truck amd found one in rancho cucamonga. It was a liitke stressful an incovient. Instead of driving 3 miles we drove over 20 miles and we were rushing hoping we would get thr b4 it closes. I personally think i should be given a full refund. I may have to go with someone else next year. Thank you

Let customers know that there is a lunch break when door is shut ; person on line said pickup was available at 12:15, 12:30, or 12:45 so had to wait until 1 pm. Customer rep was pleasant and efficient.

Do not rely on rental agent to document damage to vehicle prior to taking possession. Would recommend all renters take pictures of vehicle condition prior to leaving the lot. Returned the vehicle in same condition as rented and was accused of causing damage to vehicle, when in fact damage existed prior to renting.

The office area needs to be demarcated from the repair shop with a physical wall. The fumes from the shop makes the atmosphere unpleasant, and, possibly, unhealthy. The charges for gas, when they claim, you did not estimate replenishment accurately is criminal. I will probably not use uhaul after this.

Service was great. Truck rental was a little on the pricey side. One way trip from Rancho Cucamonga CA to Las Vegas NV cost approximately $850.00 including fuel which is a huge cost when making a major move.

Customer Service at this location is very bad. The Equipment was far below uhual standards as we rent REGULARLY from my company. Took pics of the truck that was damaged on both sides and blue paint spilled all over the hood and front on the passengers side. Took pics of the damage as the customer service rep when told about it said she did not need to mark it down because it was previously documented She did not check the gas or mileage. She just handed me the keys and basically said later. I felt like she did not care and felt like I could be held responsible for the damage that was already done. That's why I took the pics.

Don't charge them for extra days when they have turned the truck in, as I did. I had the truck for less than a day, but because the site was closed, and didn't reopen until Monday morning, I was charged for 2 days. This is very poor business practice, and you have lost a customer.

Trucks suspension needs to be checked out. Extremely unstable even empty. Passenger side mirror is loose and needed to be adjusted constantly on the trip.

My understanding the truck had a hydraulic lift in the back and not a ramp. I was charged $29.75 EZ gas sales after I was certain to return the truck at or slightly above the gas level when I picked it up.

No gas in the truck they put some in from gas canister from lawnmower shop had to rush to gas station and pay more than I should have to make sure I didn't get stranded, didn't have my 2 dozen blankets I reserved. The funny thing is I called and spoke to Michelle at 8:15 am the same morning of pick up and she stated that they had everything I needed. Not good.

My experience at this location was fustrating. It took over 30 minutes to get the truck because the system was "slow" and it was their first time ever renting to anyone. The person who helped us had to call Uhaul support for step by step instructions on what to do. I think that Uhaul can improve customer experience by training contractors on how to use their service and updating their entry procedures to the 21st century. The person who helped us was nice but not knowledgeable.

very disapppointed that the wipers didn't work and it was rainy so unsafe, very deceiving on how the gas refill would work so more gas was spent than required, we were not happy with these important issues to us

I found this location out of the way and stuck behind another business, with gravel drive and mud holes in the driveway. It was not an appealing place to go to do business. The business was not open when I returned the truck but they called me the next day when they discovered the truck sitting in their lot. They were very friendly and helpful. I have no qualms at all about their friendliness or helpfulness, I just found their business location to be lacking appeal, although it was very neat with the trucks and trailers neatly lined up. I could not say anything about the interior of the building since they were not open when I returned the vehicle. I would say the location was clean, but not very inviting.

this location is operated out of a different location in Rochester MN and that created problems with scheduling & reservations. They first wanted me to get the truck in Rochester, way out of my way, then I had to pay more for larger truck because they could not get the one I wanted to the Austin location. When I came to get the truck no one was there. When I called the guy he acted put out that I didn't show up at a certain time, when I did not commit to a time, nor was I informed that I needed to be there at a certain time.
