Find out how many miles per gallon the truck gets. When I replaced the fuel, I guessed how much I needed. The hand was slightly left of the 3/4 mark. I added 3 more gallons and let the truck run at least two minutes and the hand never moved. So I put fuel in for the third time - 4 more gallons. When I crank the truck, it was full!BEVERLY I.

The trunk on the truck made available for me in your 24 hours service can't be closed. The equipment was faulty and yet has been made available for me drive. Instead of picking up the truck at 7:00 pm, even though I was there at the location, i had to wait for the clerk to get a new truck which put me 2 hours behind.ODA Y.

Horrible experience, had a reservation for 7 am, had to go through a long unneccesary process to even retrieve a code, customer service over the phone was horrible, this threw us behind 2 hours, then once given the code there was no key in the box, found out they have us the wrong box or code or both, manager came to the site and retrieved a key from a different box, again worse experience ever, I WILL CHOOSE HERTZ OR PENSKE NEXT TIME. It's not an improvement. The most important thing to me about the Internet I spoke with when I went to receive the truck key, was his understanding of the U-Haul app and he did not take extra time to double check everything or make me pull out my license to essentially restart the check in process.CHASE C.
The process worked well and Tony is great! I recently had an accident and can not use my left arm to lift. Tony set up the U Haul trailer when I picked it up and he handled the break down upon return. Great guy! Thanks.Mike D.

Selected the pickup location and online pickup due to ease of pickup for me. Got there, started pickup, truck was not there. Had to go inside and discover that my rental was behind a locked fence. Additionally the quote I have from online booking apparently does not include the selected insurance or taxes which add an additional 100 dollars. And uhaul is charging taxes for insurance coverage. The website booking should be transparent and provide out the door pricing.Kenneth P.
