The rep did not even come out to do an inspection nor to ensure the trailer was properly connected. She was not happy when I asked her to look at some damage we found.

I will likely need to contact corporate - I arrived to rent a 14' truck with car trailer and they gave me the keys and told me I had to hook it up. So I went to the back and hooked it up, except the trailer slipped and I grabbed the tongue so that my daughter would not get hurt and so that it would get on the ball. At that moment Felt a pop in my right bicep and now I am in a ton of pain. Then I drove the truck to the front and asked them to let me know if it was hooked up correctly. They both looked at it and said they didn't know if it was or not. They had never seen that type of hook up (it's a uhual truck and a uhual trailer) When I dropped it off I told them that I think I may have pulled my bicep She smiled. Then told me that i needed to drive the trailer to the back and unhook the car trailer from the truck and then park the truck up

Not sure if the lady working at this location should be doing CS. We were about 4 hours late for our drop off time. When I contacted the business and explained the issue, the lady was not very helpful. It may be just her personality, but the tone in her voice was not very nice over the phone. I contacted Uhaul and explained what happened from having to secure the truck and trailers for this move to AR from MO ( 400 miles approx). I explained one reason for being late was because we could not get one of the vehicle trailers until a day later. The CS Rep. was helpful. She stated for me to talk with the drop off location about the delay and ask if they will fix at their end. When I arrived at the drop off location I relayed the information from the Uhaul CS Rep. The lady seemed to get a little annoyed and expressed her opinion about Uhaul practices. Still with an attitude. While my husband and I dropped the trailers and returned to the office, the lady had called someone and the extra charges for being late were waved. She had a better attitude and her tone was better before I left.

This location was outstanding. We secured a reservation for a truck on the Uhaul website. A truck was not available at this location so we were given an upgrade for another vehicle at the cheaper price. The manager at this location went out of her way to see that the price that we were quoted online was the price that she charged us. She called twice to make sure that we were given the cheaper rate. I can see why this location has been rated highly.

Went where the email gave the location. Trailer was not there, I had drove over 300 miles to pick up trailer. Lady at that location was rude not wanting to help find the trailer. Finally was sent to the right location and they werr great

I was very worried about the condition of the front left tire. If I had been traveling a long distance, I probably would have asked for a different truck. However, I was just in town and never went over 35 mph.

I was caught off guard when I picked up my rental as it was more expensive than the original quote that I was given when I reserved the equipment. This needs to change.

Educate staff on check out procedures. I completed the check-in process online, and still had to go through a long check-in, answering every question i completed online. Once the paperwork was complete I was given the serial number of the trailer and pointed behind the building to find my trailer. Trailer had a missing remarker light cover, and the bumpstop on the trailer was heavily damaged. I hooked up the trailer and drove back to the office to note the damage. Clerk at the counter responded that "I'm sure they already know about it." I will not return.

We had rezerved a 27 foot and they gave it to someone else. But gave us two other trucks one a 15 ft. and the other a 17ft. which cost twice the gas. When we ask about the 27footer we were told that there was one in Ash Flat and we could go get that one. This was not our responceabily to get the truck, it was theirs. So would I recommend this location to rent a uhall from. The answer is no way.

Storage is not for Uhaul customers and is very overpriced if you have to rent one there.I would suggest checking out other storage places before you select this one.

Great service. The renters before us had left roaches in the truck. MSC bombed the truck to kill the roaches, swept it out, and let us know about the situation in case we wanted them to do another treatment before we took the truck. I feel that other locations might not have informed us of this situation. It wast greatly appreciated.

I'd like to have had a little grease on the mechanism that tightens around the hitch ball. It was more difficult than it needed to be. Also, some grease on the door latch mechanisms would have improved the experience. Otherwise, the trailer was great!

The customer service is very poor. Upon my arrival the lady "working" the front desk was on a personal call discussing people in the hospital, sewing buttons with matching thread, among some other random conversation. She did not bother to greet me, nor help me. If this is any indication of how the business is ran, I would not store my belongings here, or use them for any service unless it was my very last option.

The lady I spoke with was very nice and easy to work with. We weren't sure what time we would be able to pick up the truck, and she helped us get it at a convenient time. Great experience!

They didn't have all the needed and requested auxiliary equipment...e.g. Furniture dolly and furniture pads. Had to wait for a while to get my truck due to computer issues while they were assisting another customer.

The person trying to submit my information and begin the rental process was untrained and turned a 15 minutes process into an hour and a half. The cargo area of the truck was ankle deep in some sort of yellow residue from the previous renter. The truck had not been cleaned or checked prior to my renting.

Its Batesville. new employee, Uhaul computer down. Lady on her own. They quickly got authorization over the phone. Trailer almost impossible to mount on hitch by myself. Got creative with my two wheel dolly and a big rock and got it done. Trailer was Great!
