The only issue we have with this location is the tight quarters in backing into a spot when returning. Other than that, they are super friendly and easy to work with.

Eric HThe representative at the location is very nice and professional but he had no clue that was how to hook up the auto trailer to the U-Haul wherever I had to do it to the best of my ability I feel that more training that needs to be done for individuals that are representing U-Haul.

cynthia dThe 24 hour process took way too long to get vehicle. Also the lockbox lock is very difficult to make work. The code has to be perfect to open. For the general public lock should be easier to access. Almost did not get open!!
Richard GI received a phone call a couple days after drop off about a lost key. Not sure why I’d be asked where the key was after I handed it to the representative and received a check in receipt. How am I supposed to know where they misplaced it? I don’t work there or hang out there…

David SI had to return the trailer to this location because West Forsyth Storage NO LONGER ACCECPTS TRAILERS. VERY DISSATIFIED WITH WEST FORSYTH STORAGE. No issues with Mule Barn, very helpful.
