Reduce rates you charge. Very expensive for the service provided by your system. This has nothing to do with your Ammagansett agent, i can not understand how you get so many customers. For most people it would be less clostfly to discard the items to be shipped; then buy replacements after arrival.JOHN K.

It was a bizarre experience. Glad we came a day earlier than planned because there was no store to get boxes and straps, there was one truck and luckily it was ours, the place is dirty. I feel badly saying the latter bc our grumpy rep was definitely comical. Location was idea like five min from me. AND all of that inconvenience sent me running around to hardware stores. Also we thought gas was 3/4 tank, we filled to that on return and got charged $16. OH and i was supposed to have a $135 rate plus $36 insurance and tax, somehow this came out to $221 bc rate was listed at $165 without the insurance. Honestly i should get a $50 refund t to make this right aybe even more given the pickup experience.MARIANNE B.

I was actually scared driving in there. I could not find an office and a man came out yelling at me and waving his arms and shaking his head. He went on and on about how he makes no money from u-haul and yelled at me for driving beyond the fence (where several u-haul trucks were parked). I lost Internet too so had no idea where I was and just drove fast to get out of there. This was not my original drop off location and I had already been through hell trying to get the trailer I reserved, being sent to three different locations. I am appalled at how my u-haul experience has gone.Lara A.

Local Gentleman was a down to earth man. U-hula equipment should work better for him to do his job best. He helped after the U-haul online reservations kept pausing on me before pickup.Thuyen N.

Memorial Day weekend and Multi Aquaculture stayed open till 5pm, vehicle was clean and available, onsite manager gave great directions when I called, pleasure to deal with. Only issue was on U-Hauls end they need to repair or update there cc reader equipment would have made the process go even more smoothly. Absolutely horrific experience. Verbally abusive staff. The older man who claimed to own the place got in our faces and yelled obscene things at us while we were searching for the lock box. Apparently there wasn't one, it would have been sufficient to tell calmly. Would never return to this location and would be hesitant to even rent from U-Haul after interacting with these people.Kolbein F.

Bob was very nice and helpful. However, there was no office and it was raining. He had to call the UHaul district manager to confirm our reservation details so we were on the phone in the rain coordinating. My issue was not with this location but with UHAUL in general and the ridiculous scheduling and reservation process.
