The problem was not with the location, but with the U-Haul app and support. During pickup, no code was provided to acquire the key, therefore rendering me unable to get to my destination on time as well as return on time. Luckily a staff member saw my distress from the camera and called my phone to assist. Very unhappy with the app experience.
