I have a ticket opened with customer support 3954809. I am still waiting for an update. The owner's son rented me van and said their store is closed on Sat and Sun so I cannot return the van until Monday (I can keep the van until Monday free of charge), when I return on Monday they charged me for 3 days. I specifically omitted insurance on my rental because I am an insured driver and my credit card carries collision insurance for rental vehicles. However, somehow between when I made the booking and took the car, insurance was added to the price without my knowledge. I only received the contract via email after I had taken the car. Then, at the rental location, I was told "It's only $20" but that it could not be taken off since I was already returning the vehicle. If it is only $20, then why do I have to eat the price of this as opposed to the dealer? Clearly there was some kind of a miscommunication between the system from when the booking was placed to when the vehicle was taken or at the very dealer where the insurance was added without my knowledge or consent--after I specifically omitted it from the booking.Richard B.

Everything at the location was great. The only issue I had was with the Uhaul app. It is almost impossible to work with. After 20 minutes of trying to gey passed one step. I went to the website as a last ditch effort and completed return in less than 5 minutes. Please fix your appAndy S.

I rented a van and had no problems. There was a little sand on the floor, so I guess that should've been cleaner, but it was only sand and not grimey dirt. Overall my experience was great.Ethan T.

I was charged twice for â€œtwo rental periodsâ€ even though my agreement said the charge was by the mile plus $19.95, NOT by time, and I could return the vehicle within business hours. Ridiculous â€” had to do a credit-card chargeback. This didn't happen at other locations.Arielle C.

The facility we rented from was fine. U-Haul is the problem. I went through the corporate website to book my reservation had a supervisor confirm that everything was scheduled the way I wanted it received a confirmation number. The day before pick up was scheduled I received a phone call also from corporate informing me that none of the electronica pick up arrangements were possible at that location. It delayed my entire day, my driver wound up having to put it on his credit card, due to the miss communication from corporate I will never again rent from U-Haul!Donald B.

Well my rental time was between 10 am to 6 pm. Because uhaul and the local office has a different time cost me pay another day and that isn't not correct no my fault. but costumer pay the price tanks and have a nice dayORLANDO R.

I try at another location, precisely at 14801 Bethune Dr, Miami, FL 33176, but they dont help me at all. They put to many obstacles to rent. And then I find the this site near my old home and Karla help me so much even at the phone, she is nice and kind.Javier C.

You can start by updating the hours for the locations. They are wrong you schedule a pick up of a truck at 7 am because that is whatbthe website says and you end up finding out the next day that the location wont open until 10 am. So whatever you have planned gets ruined because you guys have a schedule that you dont follow. On top of that your phone service does not have an explanation. I ended up paying more because what i had scheduled to pick up at 8 am turned out to be at 11.Boris S.

The only cons, is that they're not open on Sunday and I had to go early on Monday to drop off and get to work late. But I was informed prior to the rental. Not a big deal though. Maybe the option to drop off at another near by location would be nice.Juan C.
