Turned trailer in 2 days early no personal available. Called phone number taped on door left message and my call was never returned. I called several times after and even a day after and called all numbers given to me with no reply. Was hoping to get a refund for turning it in early but wasn’t checked in by this location until my 4 days was up. I have rented numerous equipment from U-Haul in the past year and I am very disappointed.

I did NOT want this location. I reserved my equipment for a full service location with actual people. The pick up process was horrible. The app wouldn't work. You can't get anyone on the phone for up to an hour at a time, when you did get a person they couldn't help. I will never rent from uhaul again.
Misty LThe day before my move the pickup location was changed. I originally selected the location directly across the street from the apartment building which would have meant less mileage and cost since I pay for mileage. The new location was very accommodating and provided excellent service.
reuben sI was told when I reserved the truck I would be able to pick it up anytime after seven am and then I had to go to a different location and didn’t have a full tank of gas. Not the best experience and don’t think I would rent from U Haul again.
