The day before my move the pickup location was changed. I originally selected the location directly across the street from the apartment building which would have meant less mileage and cost since I pay for mileage. The new location was very accommodating and provided excellent service.

I was told when I reserved the truck I would be able to pick it up anytime after seven am and then I had to go to a different location and didn’t have a full tank of gas. Not the best experience and don’t think I would rent from U Haul again.
