Location was a second hand store and closed. Returned prior to required time (2pm) and was charged $20 after hours fee by location. We didnt chose the location UHAUL did. We had multiple closer locations we could have returned to.

Deceptive practices. Made reservation and chose no insurance. Website makes you confirm no insurance is what I wanted. Went and picked up and was charged insurance. Spent 1 hour on phone getting it removed couldn't remove until I dropped off what a rip off.

James MWeren’t there, we literally have a U-Haul location within walking distance of our house but had to drive 20 minutes to pick this up, were given no paperwork or instructions and a time to return was assigned that we weren’t told.
