Store owner had to have us call someone else. In the end the truck was ready for us. Did not Have the extra equipment in the car. Not a bad experience, simply not very smooth. Everyone was polite and helpful.

I want to thank and appreciate Brett Grover for the over the top help he did for me. My emergency situation he had made sure I was taken care of as the right trailer for my car( which I didn't know that it is a all wheel drive ) then finding it , making sure they would be open when I got there. Just making sure that before he left that I was taken care of everything to make me on the road safe and nothing extra needed. You got a very caring and devoted to the customer Area Field Manager.
