No problem at the location itself, but with Uhaul as a company the service was not good at all. I had went online and reserved a 10 foot truck and received the email confirmation. When I arrived at the location the system had me down for a cargo van. I had to call customer service 4 times, then it took an hour and the forth call to customer service to make the correct change so I could get the truck I had initially reserved.Tyrone S.

My rental location was changed at the last minute, forcing me to drive approximately 45 miles into downtown Buffalo area. I had to pay additional fuel costs for these miles, and I had to drive my personnal vehicle the 90 mile round trip. This cost me approximately 2 hours and $50 in gas.Wilbert A.

When I pulled up to the Bailey location. I got out of my vehicle and asked the lady who was working there, who happen to be outside when I arrived. If this was the office for the Uhaul . And she rite away gave me an attitude and told me I had to wait. So I did. Then took her time helping another guy there. Finally when she attended me she told me the price for the uhaul and I said why so high. Mind you it's a 10 ft one way. And only used it for 4 hours of that. So I was over charged. They said I had to pay $156.00 and I had to be charged for a whole day because it was a one way. And mind you I didn't I didn't even go over the miles either and put more gas then expected. So I was told I was going to get money back if I didn't use it for the whole day.Maria C.
Inconvenient location. My pick up location was changed day before and was 30 mins out of my way. Location didnt open until 10am so couldnt get an early start. Couldnt get all the supplies I needed because it was a regular uhaul location. Worker/owner of store was nice and helpful. But would not recommend this location from where my home wasDEANNE R.

He wasn't able to send me final transaction/ return and his explanation was â€œ they got your email wrong therefore I cannot send you any email â€œ. UHUAL sent me lots of email since I had reserved my truck to pick up. He wasn't professional and was trying to sell his cousin's moving business to the customer was front of us. My husband and I were not comfortable when he got our cellphones to take a picture of return documents and get the odometer and gas pictures from my husband phone. We hope he didn't hack our phones.AHMAD K.
Having the pickup location at a Boost Mobile with an untrained attendant makes the process much worse. The person behind the counter has 2 jobs to juggle and gave almost no information to me about the truck. There was a cardboard sign covering the windshield that I took off. There was no lock for the cargo area of the truck.Brian F.

They put the key for pick up in the return box and we were delayed one day on our move. The manager was defensive when we were there and basically said I put it out there, she never apologized for her mistake. I would highly recommend a Dist. Manager go there and discuss this with them.Mike K.

Location was not a u-haul but a mobile phone store. It was located in an area I would not go to at night. The person there was courteous but he could not much help because of the problems with the website. After over an hour, the help line was able to accept the return. Next time I'll drop any equipment off at a proper site.DONALD H.
I requested to pick up somewhere else because this location looked sketchy. I was sent here anyways. My truck was spray painted, items from my order were missing, and the truck came with a trailer on it that the employee on site didn't know how to take off. Total messSteven B.
This experience caused distress.I had a 10 a.m. reservation (Contract 99848207),i was at New era wireless at 9:45 a.m ,This location was the nearest that had the tow dolly that i needed, this was a 40 minute drive for me.I was not dispatched the equipment until 11:30 a.m.i did not leave that parking lot until 12 noon because they did not know here the tow dolly was,at one point they said that it was not there but it was clear view attached to a uhaul box truck.There was lack of knowledge in processing among the staff including the management,this event was catastrophic ,delaying my schedule was a complete disappointmentcory H.
They had not even properly checked the vehicle in when it was as returned which cause serious delay when picking it up. There were no blankets available at the facility so we had to stop where I originally requested picking the vehicle to get them. I was told they had three trucks available that I could have gotten there so WHY I was sent to a cellular store to pick up a U-Haul truck is beyond me. You are doing yourselves zero favors having New Era Cellular represent you. The one guy available at the store, which didn't open until 10:00am, had zero clue what he was as doing. The truck had NOT been checked into the U-Haul system in at all when previously returned so he had to confirm mileage and gas gauge prior to me leaving. Not impressed at all!!Bruce S.

Took 45 minutes to get keys. The guy didn't know how to work the software and ended up calling someone whom sent me a link on my phone to essentially do it myself. This is after I waited for him to help to girls with cell phone issues.Caan M.

This pickup location needs to be erased from your services. I arrived at 10AM to find the doors locked. The Boost Mobile employee arrived 15 minutes late to open the store. When I finally got inside to pick up my truck, he didn't know how to process it for me. He had to call his boss, who didn't answer. So he called his friend who had to walk him through it. I didn't get out of there with my truck until 10:45. Oh and the furniture pads I ordered two weeks in advance, they didn't have them. I had to drive to another location and pick them up in the middle of moving. If UHaul ever tries to send you here, STOP THEM. And UHaul if you read this, please reach out to me. This pickup made the whole experience miserable, made me late to meet my movers, and messed up my entire moving day. My order number is 20628977Shane O.

The trailer given me was not properly turned in from the LAST customer. Found this out at the turn in location. The trailer I had was never put into my name and a different trailer, that I never had custody of, was in my name. I have actually stopped friends of mine from using this location. Between all the problems at check out AND turn in I lost about 3 1/2 hours of my life.Dennis B.
