Told me a price and charge me a different and more price
DENZEL VHi - this was a much better experience than my last. Very efficiently in and out by the person helping me. Nice, clean fully fueled van. And my cash out receipt matched the travels. The last U-Haul I rented in July (from a different location) was clueless, the equipment was dirty, the door hatch was partially broken and they never returned payment for the estimated mileage I never came close to. Glad I found this location.
JUSTIN PSpeed up check in time. Poos signage and/or instructions
Jocelyn WThey need better signage as to where to drop the keys off to. The sign to drop off the key was on the front of the building, but the drop box was on the far side back of the building. Other than that it was clean and presentable. The drop off site was not open.
