When I dropped off the UHAUL I was not greeted by the representative because she wasn't there but by the mechanic of the car dealership. He didn't know anything by the uhaul process. I had to call the representative to go through the drop off procedure. Later that evening I get an email receipt from Uhaul stating I went over my mileage by 310 miles. I knew this was a mistake because before I dropped I always double check my mileage. I had to drive back by the location the next day and the representative was still not there with a closed sign on the door. I was again greeted by the mechanic and I had to call the representative again. Lastly after getting her on the phone, it was to find out she used the fuel range and not the actually mileage to check in the uhaul causing the huge discrepancy. After taking a picture of the actual mileage and sending it to her, she stated she would get it fixed. An hour later that day I received an email stating the error had been corrected.Dwayne P.
I reserved my truck in a closer location to my home...they did not have a truck the size I needed. I had to drive at l 25 miles for the truck. The original schedule was 9:30 and the pickup location did not open until 11:00...the girl did not show up until 11:40. My suggestion is if original does not have the correct size truck when the customer is ready to pickup it up, have someone to transport it to that location and have it ready at the scheduled time.betty L.

Was told could pick up truck early at 7 am. Was not possible. Waited 3 hours for them to open. Truck only had 1/4 tank of gas. They lost 3 customers while I waited.Marianne L.

I rented a trailer at closing on Thursday for 2 day. I found out my vehicle had a bad trailer socket and I could not get it fixed, so I returned the trailer Friday at opening but they would only refund 1 day, I don't understand why.Keith W.

They were friendly and helpful. But I had problems returning the trailer. They were not open at 9AM as the sign stated. I waited 15 minutes and dropped the trailer. 2 days later I tried to contact them. The phone number on the door was disconnected and the number on my receipt was answered by someone who had no clue what U-Haul was. I called the 800 number and they got things straightened out.
