I didn't get the equipment I needed. I reserved furniture pads and paid for them. After the entire transaction I was told there's no pads at the store and the clerk was unable to reverse the charge for the pads

The receiver was new to the system but he figured things out quick. It was an ideal drop-off location for me, and the fellow I worked with was really friendly and gave me a good feeling about the city I was moving into. Yes, recommend.

I'm not happy about U-Haul changing my pick up location after I chose to go to the store. What's the point of my self-selection on the reservation? The Wi-Fi at the convenience store was so poor that the webpage of my profile cannot be displayed properly. The tablet that the cashier used was also slow. We wasted our time for nothing, and the cashier had to call U-Haul himself for help. There was a tire pressure warning light on the truck's dashboard.

The staff at the convenience store was extremely unprofessional. They asked about my marital/relationship status as well as my sisters marital/relationship status and made remarks about how it was unfortunate we were not single. I was the only customer in the store and this is an extremely uncomfortable situation to be in. I asked to leave my car parked at the stores' parking lot and they asked for cash in exchange of letting me park there. When I said I prefer to move my car they changed their mind. When we went to return the car we were told our bill was 2x the price of what it was meant to be. It seemed they were trying to scam us somehow. The Uhaul truck is in very poor condition. It feels like the suspension is shot, it sounds like the truck hasn't been serviced in a while and the drivers side was pretty wrecked. The door struggled to close.

I got charged to my card then it wouldn't go through their tablet, so I had to put through another charge on my credit card.

I took a picture if the odometer and fuel gage and when we picked up the truck we went litterly 2.2 kilometers and barely used the fuel when my boyfriend returned it the store the store over charged us for the fuel

I had a lot of trouble booking and picking up my rental. Wasted an hour getting help from 3 different Uhaul employees, we did figure it out but it was very frustrating and wasted an hour of my life.

The location is great however your check in process really needs a lot of work. It's most difficult and took over 20 or more minutes. The site was frozen for both myself and the gentleman in the store so very frustrating and not the first time My family rented a truck in grimsby as well and that process to rent the truck took Over 45 minutes to get. The rental was done online prior but doesn't seem to matter. I also rented one on Barton street a few months ago and that process was also terrible. The only time the process was somewhat smooth was at the Barton street location that is actually a U-HAUL centre.

The truck was not ready for me, the person at the pickup location had no clue I was coming and was giving me a hard time saying that I was at the wrong location, despite completing the check-in process on my smartphone. On top of this, the gas was not full when I received it and now I am being charged 40$ for fuel when I filled it back to where it was before my travels. I only drove less than 5km and I am being charged 1/4 of a gas tank when I re-filled for my use. That is ridiculous. I am not impressed. Also when returning the truck in my check-out form I stated that I did not agree with the charges and I explained my situation and was told that I would be contacted by Uhaul... which I have not been contacted. I will not be renting from Uhaul again.
