The van was filthy. The windshield had a layer of dirt on it on the inside. It reeked of cigarette smoke. It ran well. Go the job done

Ravi KurumbailLet the customer know that you’ll need to park elsewhere, as there’s no room in the lot. Lucky for me, it was raining hard, but I found a small spot I could get into. Otherwise you’ll need to park down the street. Very happy with the customer service people, they were all very nice.and friendly,

We had a major storm happening during the return process and they walked us through the process over the phone. Excellent people. I’d definitely rent through this location again.

MICHAEL MOUNCEU-haul always charges my card way more than the due at signing. Have to wait 3 days for the correct charges to taken off my card. This has nothing to do with this location it is u-haul that does it. Last time it was 49 dollars they charged my card 121 dollars. Again this is u-haul doing it and not this location. This owner is awesome 👍

Charles OreficeTire pressure indicator came on for the RR tire when I got to my place to load the truck. Five minutes from pick up spot. Truck was dirty inside and trash from prior occupants in console. I filled the tire on way out of town. Light came on again. Guessing a slow leak. Told site in Danbury.
Robin HarpellWhen I first arrived, Noone was ready for me at 9 o’clock and I was on a very tight schedule. I had rented a 15 foot truck which they did not have ready for me at all, in fact, they said it was still out and would be coming for 11 AM! I then got a 10 foot truck which only had 3/4 of a gas tank so I had no idea how to just get the right amount of gas and when I dropped it off so I ended up putting in an extra 10 or so gallons and it had a low ligature pressure light the whole time. This was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had as a customer in my life and I am 39 years old. I will never use you all again, ever. I had to rush around and barely got all of my furniture in the truck. it was also the final walk-through for a house that I am selling with a closing happening today. The amount of stress and frustration was absolutely because of U-Haul and this location I ended up being able to pull things off in time. Everything I experienced yesterday was unacceptable. It was an absolute nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend this location or U-Haul to anyone. I will also definitely be telling my story too many people.

Letitia BurgisThe location was tricky. Ended up parking down the street in a restaurant parking lot due to lack of parking at the pick up location. I had the reservation set for several days before pick up and the truck hadn’t been assigned yet when I got there. The keys were not in the lock box but a guy grabbed them afterward from the office. The gentleman working there was very nice and got me out the door with the proper truck. But definitely not a swift experience.

Trad HornerI needed to extend my latest rental. I kept calling the location where I rented the van from. I left continuous messages with my phone number to contact me. Finally, the day of or before I dropped off the van. I stopped to fill the van up with gas. At the gas pump, a man rushed me. Jumped in front of me and stated he was taking the van. Proceed to state the van was reported "stolen". I looked at him with dismay and told him I was trying to call the location for days with no response. He even said he was following me from the pizza restaurant I stopped at to pick up food from. The police were called, I explained the situation and the van was re-rented overnight. I was a bit taken back. My hand was scratched by the man rushing me and I thought I was fighting to save the rental van. I thought the whole situation was totally unprofessional and would not recommend this location to anyone.

MaryCathetine GauthierMy initial reservation changed locations further away from my moving route. The truck's battery needed to be replaced (I had to get it jumped twice, the second time it died was after five minutes stopped and off while pumping gas). I had to fill extra gas just to make sure I could leave the truck running while loading/unloading so it wouldn't die again. The drop off location was in a dark location on a busy road and I didn't have much room to park. I could handle it, but it was all unnecessarily added stress to an already stressful day that caused me to waste time and spend more money than anticipated. The man running the shop (I didn't catch his name) was solid and helped me get on the road quickly when I picked up. Shop office was a mess, but I get it, they're mechanics first and foremost so all is well. Honestly, the battery issue exacerbates the otherwise mundane issues of reservation locale and parking. I feel like I shouldn't be paying for a truck that I have to jump start multiple times.

Amie VealAlmost no parking for customers. They charged insurance that I declined and then up-charged when I returned it by $11 with out notifying us. No one was there for pick up or drop off. Nasty notes were written on the door demanding refunds form customers.
Josephine SuarezThe mobile phone part of the process was buggy, slow and complicated, especially with an older phone (iPhone6) that couldn't take photos when connected to the UHaul site. I will not use that rental feature again.
