I was glad I checked out in person, not online, because he was able to explain that although I had reserved a furniture dolly, there was not one available at that location, but told me the U-Haul location where I could get one. But this location was friendly and helpful and checking the van out with them was easy. And reserving the van online was also easy, just go with an in-person check in.Lisa H.

This place was good in the sense that they were helpful when we called in to talk about checking in and turning into the trailer. We delivered the trailer late one night and it's located in the area without very many lights and kind of off the beaten path so it's not a very safe location to return stuff toCHAD F.

I received a call from this location early morning the day of drop-off, allowing me to coordinate return of the trailer and also to communicate issues I had with it. When I arrived for drop-off, the crew was ready and took the trailer off the hitch, completed their inspection, noted the issues I had identified with the trailer and had us on our way in 5 minutes. I put in more than enough gas yet you all still added an additional fuel charge. The mobile process check in was pretty bad and not user friendly. It made me go through extra steps I should t have had. The truck was in good condition though and worked as intended.Jordan M.

Communicate that parts of the truck as damaged so that it doesn't require almost an hour on the phone with uhaul confirming damage so that I don't have to pay for it and for the webpage to work easily on mobile to confirm. And, for uhaul's customer service on the phone to be more considerate and not charge me almost $30 more for an hour longer when that hour was spent on the phone with them without leaving the pick up parking lot.Alena G.
My company has picked up and used a U-Haul from almost every location in Boulder county. The Morehead location is hands down the best one. There is never a delay, reservation is always ready, and they're honesty and integrity is much appreciated...Marvin B.
The after hours return process was lengthy and cumbersome especially going back and forth between taking images of the vehicle and verifying the location via scanning a bar code. Everything else went well with the checkin process and use of the truck.Miles P.

The location is fine. It was 45 min away from my preferred location and my house. The inability to select a rental location in advance is very frustrating. For this reason I will look at other companies in the future. Both locations were good when there but I literally passed several other locations to get to my pickup location.Douglas L.

My rental was not available on time and it took over half an hour sitting on hold with customer service and refreshing the website to complete the check-in process. Steps like photographing my license could have been a part of the reservation process, instead of necessitating a clear license photo be taken at 9 PM in a poorly lit parking lot.Kendall M.
