How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe person who checked out Van to me was thorough and competent. He changed my reservation to a Van when I got there because I saw one and wanted it over a 10' truck. Van is much easier to load with 2 doors and easier to drive. Very pleased with the whole experience!!
CELETHA RI’ve no thoughts on improvement. Easy pick up. Easy drop off. Good truck. Thanks!!
Garrett OSpoke to an attendant there (after hours) who was rude and unhelpful. Lockbox took 10 tries to open. On a separate note, the app is horrible for self check out. Had to call for help and waited almost an hour
Bruce PThe most reliable Uhaul pick-up in Boulder, based in my experience. We are 3 for 3.
