There was no one there and it was more than 25 miles from where I needed the truck. I passed multiple uhaul places to get to the pick up point. Very very inconvenient.

Becky F.Phone app pick up was somewhat frustrating. I thought i read through all the paper work the night before, but then had a lot to read through on the day of pickup. The information in the long document on the app was important and useful, but maybe shorten it to necessary bullet points so people will be more likely to read it. Also, uploading all the pictures used a lot of my phone data, and I had poor reception. Any way we could have Wi-Fi on site that would route the app through? Lastly, I tried to send someone a text in the middle of verifying for damage and somehow got an error message and lost the process in the app.
