The lady was so helpful that I can’t even say how helpful. Originally I was supposed to deliver it in Hudson kronh place but they weren’t even in the office when it clearly said that they don’t close until 5. I was there around 3:40. I even got a text message saying that they can’t do nothing about it. This lady in Diberville was so helpful and even said do not worry I am not leaving until you get the help you need. She was such a sweet helpful lady and I got there at 4:50.

Earl NAbsolutely horrible experience with U-Haul from start to finish. When I went in to pick up the truck, I asked for two packs of medium boxes and was told I couldn’t buy them because they were doing inventory and “they would be mad” if she sold them to me. The truck only had 37 miles worth of gas left in it and I was told, “Well at least you don’t have to put much in it when you return it.” What I was NOT told was the quarter-tank return rule until I dropped the truck off later. The truck itself was parked in a grass and mud field. I had to walk through 2 to 6 inches of standing water and mud just to reach it. I asked if someone could help me hook up the car trailer and was told, “Normally people bring someone with them to do that.” I am single and was completely alone. She added that “just women worked there.” Well, I am a woman too, and I was out there expected to do everything myself in horrible conditions. The trailer was also sitting in standing water and mud, directly behind an enclosed trailer, and I had to back a 26-foot truck to it by myself. After finally getting the trailer attached, I had to move everything onto concrete so I could load my car onto the trailer alone. It was raining, lightning, and thundering while I did all of this, while the employees stood under the overhang and watched. To make matters worse, every single concern or question I had was met with the same dismissive response: “Oh, I get it.” Clearly, they did not get it. There was zero customer service, zero assistance, and zero concern for safety. This was hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had with U-Haul. This location should not be an authorized U-Haul rental facility. Never again.

JOSEPH GMake sure the truck is cleaned out so I don't have to clean after other customers. Trash inside cabin behind seats, windshield and mirrors dirty. Poor attention to detail. Was truck maintenance even checked? **Horrible experience with Uhaul scheduling and my truck not being available despite reserving with ample time....uhaul 1800 customer service has gone way down hill. Terrible experience. Switching to Penske or Budget next time.

VICKY BIt's not the fault of the U-Haul shop but the road construction out front is a mess, it makes it hard to get in and out. The folks inside are nice, but I wouldn't rent again until that road mess is finished.
Don AIt was demanded that I back the auto transport a non-paved lot into an area congested by other equipment. It was further demanded that I remove the dolly from the truck and return to the counter, along with physically disconnecting the trailer and parking the truck in an adjacent location. None of this was required at the pickup location.
RANDALL SMrs . Lauri was very nice and helpful and guided me through all the steps I needed to take in order to get and return the U-Haul to the drop off location. I would recommend the location at nicks laundromat to friends and family if they were moving!
NOAH DI ordered a truck that was only 9 miles from where I live and needed to load the truck; however, I was rerouted to another location 19 miles from my current home. Plus, the UHaul facility was located on a road under massive construction - difficult to in and out of the location to drive 19 miles back to the home where I needed to load furniture. I passed 3 other UHaul locations closer to my original location with plenty of trucks. In addition, I drove my original pick up and they had plenty of trucks. I genuinely believe I was sent to the location where they were unable to rent trucks due to construction. If this is the way UHaul treats their customers, I will use Pensky next time.
Chyrl AMake sure my rental is there. I reserve a van but the previous customer didn’t return it, so I had to get a 10 truck instead. But overall the sale rep in store was so sweet and kind normally I get name but she know.
NORWEDA PThe employee was very helpful, explained everything in clear detail as towards our end cost, and immediately put the vehicle out of commission to prevent someone else from having the same problem we did. Wonderfully considerate and personable.
JESSICA PThe lady at the desk was very rude. Said I was driving too fast into the parking lot (I was doing 15 before turning in) and she was rude the whole time I was checking in. Would highly recommend not going back to that location.

Mitchell MThe attendant was not physically able to assist with unhooking the trailer, which was for me a challenging task. The attendant was also not familiar enough with the trailer to advise on how to unhook it (the tongue had to be manually lifted, and I did not have the strength to do this unassisted).
JAMES CWe made a very brief trip (18 miles), The truck was never left idling. It wasn't full (7/8 tank); I was going to fill it, but was told to just bring it back to 7/8ths, which I did at a nearby station (2.5 gallons). The person checking the vehicle in was unable to climb in (knee injury) and must have misread the gauge. The computer was having difficulty, and she was to e-mail the receipt. To my surprise, they charged me additional $17.00 for 4 more gallons of fuel! I was tempted to deny the charge.

Martell TThe staff did their job. However I booked on line and filled in the necessary to book a reservation. When I arrived I had to go through the complete process again that was done already online which caused a much unnecessary delay on the project I needed to get accomplished.
KEVIN LOur truck was very dirty inside with bandaid on the ground and lots of dirt left on the floor. The cup hold had something spilled in it. Truck had less fuel than noted. Engine light was on upon pickup. Truck sounded like it had a bad wheel bearing.

I rented a cargo van for $19.95 for 4 hours, purchased the insurance for $15 and estimated my mileage at 30 miles at 30 cents per mile for a total of $59, which is what my confirmation said. When I picked up the van, with the undisclosed fees, $59 turned into $72.

MITCHELL MI rented a 6x12 trailer and it could've been swept a little better and it had a flat tire, which needs to be replaced. Other than that, after I aired the tire, it was a pleasant transaction. Oh yeah, there could be a center market on the trailer to help in locating the hitch.
Michael TThe process to rent the trailer was so long and so complicated that I decided to just go by my own trailer. You have automated the process so much that when there is a glitch in your system everything grinds to a halt. Time is money and I do not have time to waste anymore.

The truck ran great but we I did notice a miss due with its engine. It didn't give us a problem ask the way to MI.
